If such other Party provides a Publishing Notice to the Publishing Party, within [***] days after receipt of the copy of the proposed Publication, that such Publication in its reasonable judgment could be expected to have a material adverse effect on the commercial value of any Confidential Information disclosed by the other Party to the Publishing Party, then the Publishing Party will prevent or delay disclosure of such Publication for a period of time agreed by the Parties.
