Designated Days Off. 1. In addition to the foregoing recognized holidays, there shall be nine (9) Designated Days Off, as designated in Section B(2) below. By signed written Agreement between the Employer, the Union and the employee(s) an alternate Designated Day Off schedule may be established. Said alternate Designated Day Off schedule can be changed no more than once in a twelve (12) month period per employee.
Designated Days Off. In addition to the foregoing recognized holidays, there shall be seven (7) Designated Days Off until December 31, 2019, thereafter there shall be four (4) per contract year: August 31, 2018, November 12, 2018, November 23, 2018, December 31, 2018, April 19, 2019, May 24, 2019, June 14, 2019, August 30, 2019, November 11, 2019, November 29, 2019, December 31, 2019, May 22, 2020, September 4, 2020, November 27, 2020, December 31, 2020, May 28, 2021, September 3, 2021, November 26, 2021, December 31, 2021, May 27, 2022.
Designated Days Off. In addition to the foregoing recognized holidays, there shall be six (6) Designated Days Off per year as designated below:
Designated Days Off. A1.1.17.1 From the implementation of the Virgin Blue Work Rules pilots will be rostered a minimum of 11 Designated Days Off in 7 roster periods and a minimum of 12 Designated Days Off in 6 roster periods . Information about which roster periods will have a minimum of 11 Designated Days Off and which roster periods will have a minimum of 12 Designated Days Off will be published as follows:
Designated Days Off. (a) During a 14 day roster period, a Flight Attendant shall be entitled to four designated days off at home base, or eight designated days off at home base during a 28 day roster period, which shall be set out in the roster for that period.
Designated Days Off. From the list of days below, secretaries shall be entitled to fifteen (15) paid holidays per year. In years when the school is closed for all sixteen (16) days listed, each secretary shall decide with his/her immediate supervisor which fifteen (15) days he/she shall be entitled. Full-time employees who work ten (10) months will receive twenty-one (21) designated days off, fifteen (15) of which must be taken from the same holiday list. The additional designated days shall be taken with the concurrence of the employee’s supervisor. These secretary employees will not, however, along with part-time employees, be entitled to vacation time. In years when the school is closed for fewer than fifteen (15) of the sixteen (16) days listed, each secretary shall decide with his/her supervisor to what additional day(s) he/she will be entitled. When Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve fall on a weekday, twelve-month secretaries shall be entitled to one of said two (2) days as an extra holiday. The Board shall provide to the Association of schedule of holidays for the ensuing year no later than February 1. Independence Day Labor Day Rosh Hashanah Yom Kippur N.J.E.A. Convention Days (2 days - Thursday and Friday) Thanksgiving (2 days - Thursday and Friday) Christmas Eve Christmas Day New Year’s Day Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx Xx. Day Lunar New Year Presidents’ Day Good Friday Memorial Day The list will be posted and the Association will be advised in writing not later than thirty (30) days after the formal adoption of the school calendar by the Board of Education. Secretaries shall be allowed to take personal and/or vacation days immediately preceding or immediately following designated or days off when such personal or vacation days would complete a five-day period. Such request should be made in writing at the time when designated days are requested and scheduled. If in any school year wherein evening parent/teacher conferences are scheduled a day becomes available due to underutilization of emergency closing days, notification of the specific day and dates of an additional full non-work day for secretaries will be given to the T.E.A. by April 1 with the day designated by administration, which could be different for individual secretaries.
Designated Days Off. 19.1 Full-time Pilots are entitled to a minimum of 20 designated days off per 56 day roster period (or prior to the commencement of a 56 day roster, each 2 consecutive 28 day roster periods – i.e. RP 1 and 2 and then 3 and 4 etc).
Designated Days Off. 3.2.1 Cabin crew 1) A 28 day roster period will be rostered to include 9 Designated Days Off.
Designated Days Off. 15.11.1 Where, at the point of termination, a Flight Attendant has accrued designated days off, the Flight Attendant must receive payment in lieu of such days at their normal salary rate.
Designated Days Off. Staff under this Agreement shall be entitled to a minimum of eight Designated Days Off (DDOs) free of duty, in each nominated 28 day cycle subject to the provisions of Clause 19 of this Agreement - Public Holidays.
