Scheduled Days Off. Except in cases of emergency, no employee will be required to return to his/her place of employment on his/her scheduled day off.
Scheduled Days Off. The two (2) consecutive days off shall consist of forty-eight (48) hours plus the turnaround period of twelve (12) hours for a total of sixty (60) hours. A single day off shall consist of twenty-four (24) hours plus a turnaround period of twelve (12) hours for a total of thirty-six
Scheduled Days Off. When an employee requests a day off in advance of the schedule being written and the request is granted, the Employer will endeavor to work with the employee so that there is not a reduction in hours because of the request. (This LU shall not be subject to the grievance procedure).
Scheduled Days Off. Full‐time employees as defined in Article 4.2 called in on their scheduled days off shall be paid one and one‐half (1 ½) times their regular rate of pay.
Scheduled Days Off. Each nurse shall be entitled to two (2) full days off within a seven (7) day period or four (4) full days off in a fourteen (14) day period. Nurses shall not be expected to be on standby or to be called back on these days off except in an emergency. Full-time nurses called in on their scheduled days off shall be paid one and one-half (1 1/2) times their regular rate of pay.
Scheduled Days Off. Regularly scheduled days off shall not be canceled or rescheduled except in cases of emergencies, as declared by the Chief, Maine State Police, Deputy Chief or his/her designee. When an employee has his/her day off canceled, the employee shall be paid for the actual hours worked at the appropriate rate.
Scheduled Days Off. All work required to be performed by an employee on his/her scheduled day off shall be considered overtime.
Scheduled Days Off. Employees shall be entitled to two (2) consecutive days off each week except where schedule changes or shift rotation on an employee’s regular schedule may result in a variation such as one (1) day off at the time of the change.
Scheduled Days Off. Drivers who have scheduled time off (per official school calendar) from their route will not be paid for non-driving time. They may sub on other routes during that time or they may drive trips, as the schedule allows. It shall be the responsibility of said driver to notify the office of availability and he/she will be given priority consideration by seniority.
Scheduled Days Off. APT members shall be provided with nine scheduled days off per year on the basis of 0.75 days for each month of service, with eligibility requirements as outlined in 10.4.1. Scheduled days off entitlement shall be advanced to APT members at the beginning of each July or pro-rated based on the date of appointment. Scheduled days off shall be pro-rated for APT members who work less than full time hours. Scheduled days off may be taken at the request of the APT member provided approval has been granted by the Out-of-Scope Head or Out-of-Scope Designate. It is the responsibility of the Out-of-Scope Head or Out-of-Scope Designate to ensure that scheduled days off may be taken annually by the member. These days cannot be carried forward to the next year and no payment shall be made in lieu of unused time.
