Off Schedule. Pilot Program For Incentive Pay

Off Schedule. In an effort to maximize full-time employment opportunities, the local parties may agree to a “four (4) on, two (2) off” innovative schedule, subject to the following principles:

Off Schedule. The parties agree that in the event the Company changes a shift schedule, without giving hours notice of the change, the first off scheduled shift will be paid hours at time and one half and hours at straight time.

Off Schedule. For unit members who are y-rated, the increase shall be off-schedule. For fiscal year 2017/2018, there will be an off-schedule one-time payment of 1.58% of their FY 17/18 base annual salary paid on June 30, 2018. Y-rated employees who depart from the District prior to June 30, 2018 will be paid out 1.58% of his/her annual salary prorated as of the date of termination. For fiscal year 2018/2019 and 2019/2020, there will be an off-schedule one-time payment equal to COLA for the respective fiscal year.

Off Schedule. If the audited unassigned fund balance as of June 30, 2023 is above 15.0% of expenditures, each bargaining unit member will receive an additional 1.0% of 2022-23 base salary in an off schedule payment for 2023-24. The off-schedule payment will be made before November 30, 2023. This payment is additional wages for ongoing work during the 2023-24 school year and will be treated as an ORS pensionable stipend. Off Schedule. Effective July 1, 2015, the parties agree to a salary increase off schedule for all y-rated employees in the amount of three percent (3%) for each year for the life of this contract. Payment (including any applicable retro-payments) shall be processed on a wage check as soon as practical after ratification of the agreement.

Off Schedule. The parties agree that in the event the Company changes a shift schedule without giving seventy-two hours notice change, the penalty for failure to give notice will remain the same as it currently is, i.e. eight hours at time and one half and four hours at time.
