Days Listed. In each calendar year the Employer shall give to each full-time and part-time employee eleven (11) designated paid holidays with pay, which shall be taken in accordance with the specific provisions of this Article: New Year’s Day Civic Holiday Good Friday Labour Day Easter Monday Thanksgiving Day Victoria Day Christmas Day Family Day Canada Day Boxing Day And any other day declared or proclaimed as a paid holiday by the federal, provincial or municipal government. In addition to the holidays specified above all full and part-time employees will be granted one (1) paid holiday (floater) on an individual basis, subject to one (1) working day’s notice and provided the Employer’s ability to maintain service is not curtailed.
