Point of Termination. Frontier will designate DSX-3 and DSX-1 panel positions on DSX frames and distribution block locations on Frontier MDF as the Point of Termination for associated COAX, ABAM and analog cables extending from Space and used for interface with the Frontier network. Frontier and/or vendors employed by Frontier will provide, install and repair at Carrier's expense, all cables, racks and Central Office termination equipment necessary to provide the interface required for connection to the Frontier network on the Frontier side of the Space. Xxxxxxx will pay any costs incurred by Frontier whenever Frontier personnel are required to identify a trouble as being on Xxxxxxx's side of the Point of Termination. Frontier will not perform maintenance on equipment on Xxxxxxx's side of the Point of Termination
Point of Termination. Point of Termination" shall mean the point at which XO's responsibility to provide equipment and service ends and where Customer's or Customer's End User's responsibilities begin, identified as the interface between XO and Customer at Customer's Point of Presence, the local exchange carrier's central office, a long-distance carrier's Point of Presence or End-User sites identified on the ASR.
Point of Termination. Point of Termination" shall mean the point at which Choice One's responsibility to provide equipment and Service ends and where Skypath,Inc's or Skypath,Inc's End-Users' responsibilities begin. The Point of Termination is identified in the applicable Service Order as the demarcation panel to which Choice One cross-connects, which panel is located within an End-User site.
Point of Termination. (POT) means the location in a Clear Creek Central Office at which the Parties’ networks meet for the purpose of exchanging Local Traffic. There may be POI but no POT if BCT does not provide any equipment inside Clear Creek’s Exchange.
