DEFINITION OF FULL-TIME/PART-TIME EMPLOYEES. Full-time Employees Full-time employees are those persons who have been hired to fill a permanent full-time position and who have served satisfactorily the required time in the probationary category. Part-time Employees Part-time employees are those persons hired to fill a permanent part-time position of not normally more than (24) hours of work per week and have served satisfactorily the required time in the probationary category. A part-time employee working more than (24) hours per week, will be paid at the hourly rate equivalent to the salary rate for the position held. Probationary Employees Probationary employees are those persons taken on strength on a probationary basis with the prospect, if their services are found satisfactory, to be accorded permanent employee status. DEFINITION OF FULL-TIME/PART-TIME EMPLOYEES. 1.41 Full-Time Employee. The term Full-time employee when used in this Agreement in reference to a Custodial/Custodial Cleaner, Maintenance/Mechanic employee shall mean an employee regularly scheduled to work 30 hours per week or more. The term Full-time employee when used in this Agreement in reference to a Bus Driver employee shall mean an employee regularly scheduled to drive at least four (4) runs per day or an equivalent number of hours per day including special education runs, for four or more days/week.
DEFINITION OF FULL-TIME/PART-TIME EMPLOYEES. Full-time Employees shall be Employees who work thirty two (32) hours or more per week. Part-time Employees shall be Employees who work less than thirty two (32) hours per week.
DEFINITION OF FULL-TIME/PART-TIME EMPLOYEES. (a) full time employee is an employee who is regularly scheduled thirty-five (35) or more hours per week.

  • Full-Time and Part-Time Employees (a) The base rates of pay in the appropriate employment classification for full-time employees and for part-time employees shall be the hourly rates of pay set out in the Tables in Schedule B to this Agreement.

  • Applicable to Full-Time Employees An employee who qualifies under Article 16.04 and is required to work on any of the above-mentioned holidays will, at the option of the Employer, receive in addition to shift premium, if applicable, either;

  • Permanent Full-Time Employees Pay and benefits will be computed on a monthly pay status basis.

  • Full-Time Employees A full-time employee is one engaged as such and whose ordinary hours of work average 38 hours per week. The employee’s ordinary hours of work will not exceed an average of 38 hours per week over a 4 week period. Although the actual hours of work may vary from week to week, with some weeks greater than 38 hours and other weeks less, the employee will not work in excess of 152 ordinary hours in any four week period.

  • Leave of Absence for Full-Time Union or Public Duties An employee who is elected or selected for a full-time position with the Union or anybody with which the Union is affiliated, or who is elected to public office, shall be granted leave of absence without pay and without loss of seniority.

  • Regular Full-Time Employees A regular full-time employee is one who works full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular full-time employees accumulate seniority and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement.

  • Leave of Absence for Employees Who Serve as Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association An employee who serves as Local Coordinator for the Ontario Nurses' Association shall be granted leave of absence without pay up to a total of thirty-five (35) days annually. Leave of absence for Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association will be separate from the Union leave provided in (a) above.

  • Non-Instructional Employees The School shall ensure that the School's non-instructional employees or agents are experienced and fully qualified to engage in the activities and perform the services required under this Contract, and that all applicable licensing and operating requirements imposed or required under federal, State, or county laws, and all applicable accreditation and other standards of quality generally accepted in the field of the activities of such employees and agents are complied with and satisfied.

  • Part-Time Employees (a) A part-time employee is an employee who is engaged to work less than an average of 38 ordinary hours per week and whose hours of work are reasonably predictable.

  • Regular Part-Time Employees A regular part-time employee is one who works less than full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular part-time employees accumulate seniority on an hourly basis and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement. Regular part-time employees shall receive the same perquisites, on a proportionate basis, as granted regular full-time employees.
