Term Full Clause Samples
The "Term Full" clause defines the total duration for which an agreement or contract remains in effect. Typically, it specifies a clear start and end date, or outlines the conditions under which the agreement will expire. For example, it may state that the contract is valid for two years from the effective date unless renewed or terminated earlier according to other provisions. This clause ensures both parties understand the timeframe of their obligations, providing certainty and helping to prevent disputes over when the agreement ends.
