Reference to a definition

Reference to a subsidiary" or "holding company" shall be construed in accordance with section 2 of the Companies Ordinance.
Reference to a. Member" means any of the Members, and a reference to a "Majority in Interest" of the Members means a Member or Members owning a majority of the Membership Interest in the Company.

Reference to a. Grantor" in the Security Agreement shall be deemed to include the New Grantor. The Security Agreement is hereby incorporated herein by reference.
