DAY OFF PREMIUM. 16 1. Full-time and part-time nurses will be paid at one and one-half (1-1/2) 17 times their regular straight-time rate of pay for all hours worked at the 18 request of the Hospital on their regularly scheduled day or days off, except 19 when there is a change of schedule agreed upon by the Hospital and 20 nurse. Hours worked in determining eligibility for this premium will not 21 include hours worked as a result of trades; at the request of other nurses; 22 or of being called back to work while on on-call.
