Sunday Premium. All hours worked by an Employee on Sunday, shall be paid for on the basis of one and one-half (1½) times the Employee’s Regular Rate of Pay. For the purpose of this Section, Sunday shall be deemed to be the twenty-four (24) hours beginning with the shift change hour nearest to 12:01 a.m. Sunday.

Sunday Premium. Employees who are regularly scheduled to work on Sundays shall be paid at time and one-half (1 ½) for all hours of their regularly scheduled work on those days. This payment will not apply to hours for which overtime rates are paid.
Sunday Premium. All employees hired prior to October 4, 2004, shall be paid, for all hours worked on Sunday, time and one-half (1½) minus one dollar ($1.00) the straight-time hourly rate of pay.
Sunday Premium. Employees working on Sunday shall receive a premium of one ($1.00) dollar for each hour worked. Sunday shall be considered as the first day of the week for the purposes of the Collective Agreement.
Sunday Premium. Employees hired prior to December 3, 2010, shall receive time and one-third (1-1/3) the straight-time hourly rate for all hours worked on Sunday. Employees hired on or after December 3, 2010, shall receive $1.00 per hour over the employee’s regular straight-time wage rate for all hours worked on Sunday. However, any hour paid at time and one half (1x1/2) or greater on Sunday shall not count as a qualifying hour for daily or weekly overtime. The employee in charge of the store shall be paid fifty cents (50¢) per hour in addition to the applicable rate while in charge.
Sunday Premium. For all time worked on Sunday by employees, a premium of one dollar ($1.00) per hour shall be paid. This provision shall not apply to employees hired on or after July 1, 1986.
Sunday Premium. In addition to any other compensation due an employee, Company shall pay to all employees regularly scheduled to work on Sunday, and who in fact work on a Sunday, an hourly premium for such work equal to the premium paid by Company for the third shift as provided in Subsection 11.2(a) of the Agreement. Sunday Premium. The Commission shall pay one and one-quarter times the basic rate for all regular Sunday work up to eight hours. Work beyond eight hours is to be paid at the rate of one and one-half times the basic rate.
Sunday Premium. All Employees required to work on a Sunday shall be paid at the rate of time and one quarter (1¼) for all time so worked. Eligibility for Sunday premium pay shall be determined by the time at which work was commenced - not concluded. Any work commencing on a Saturday and concluding on a Sunday will not be eligible in any portion of the shift for time and one quarter (1¼). Conversely, work commencing on Sunday and concluding on Monday will be paid at the premium rate throughout the entire time of the shift.
