Sunday Premium. All hours worked by an Employee on Sunday, shall be paid for on the basis of one and one-half (1½) times the Employee’s Regular Rate of Pay. For the purpose of this Section, Sunday shall be deemed to be the twenty-four (24) hours beginning with the shift change hour nearest to 12:01 a.m.
Sunday Premium. Any employee who is required to work at any time on a Sunday shall be paid a Sunday premium in addition to their regular hourly rate of pay in the amount of sixty-five (65¢) cents per hour for each such hour and portion of an hour worked. Sunday premium pay shall not be added to an employee's hourly rate of pay for the purpose of computing overtime.
Sunday Premium. For all time worked on Sunday by employees, a premium of one dollar ($1.00) per hour shall be paid. This provision shall not apply to employees hired on or after July 1, 1986.
Sunday Premium. Employees who are regularly scheduled to work on Sundays shall be paid at time and one-half (1 ½) for all hours of their regularly scheduled work on those days. This payment will not apply to hours for which overtime rates are paid.
Sunday Premium. Employees hired after May 6, 2018, by virtue of accepting employment with Red River Cooperative Limited Food Store constitutes the employee’s voluntary agreement to work Sundays, provided that this does not violate the Employment Standards Act (Manitoba).
Sunday Premium. Employees working on Sunday shall receive a premium of one ($1.00) dollar for each hour worked. Sunday shall be considered as the first day of the week for the purposes of the Collective Agreement.
Sunday Premium. All employees who work on Sunday shall receive, in addition to their straight time hourly rate, a premium of one ($1.00) dollar per hour for each hour worked on Sunday.
Sunday Premium. The Company will pay a premium of $2.25 for each hour an employee may work on a Sunday, when such a Sunday falls within a staggered workweek for the employee concerned. This premium will not be used when calculating overtime.
Sunday Premium. A Sunday premium of one dollar ($1.00) will be paid for all time worked by an employee between the start of the day shift on Sunday and the start of the day shift on Monday.
Sunday Premium. All employees hired prior to October 4, 2004, shall be paid, for all hours worked on Sunday, time and one-half (1½) minus one dollar ($1.00) the straight-time hourly rate of pay.
