Customer-Owned Equipment. Customer agrees that Atlantic Broadband is not responsible for the operation, maintenance, service or repair of Customer’s television, computer, media players, speakers, receivers, customer- provided cable modem, wireless router, PBX equipment (as defined in Section 19), handsets, cellphones, tablets, mobile devices, radio or any other consumer electronics, which may, from time to time, be connected to the Services. “Customer Equipment” means software, hardware or services that you elect to use in connection with the Service(s) or other equipment that is not provided or leased by Atlantic Broadband. You agree to allow Atlantic Broadband and its agents the rights to insert CableCARDs and other hardware in the Customer Equipment, send software and/or “downloads” to the Customer Equipment and install, configure, maintain, inspect and upgrade the Customer Equipment. You warrant you are either the owner of the Customer Equipment or that you have the authority to give Atlantic Broadband access to the Customer Equipment. If you are not the owner of the Customer Equipment, you are responsible for obtaining any necessary approval from the owner to allow Atlantic Broadband and its agents to access the Customer Equipment to perform the activities described in this paragraph. Customer Equipment that does not meet Atlantic Broadband’s minimum technical or other specifications constitutes “Incompatible Equipment”, including, but not limited to, modems or other equipment not currently certified by Atlantic Broadband as compatible with Internet Service, Video Service, 4G/LTE HSD Backup Service, Voice Service, Hosted Voice Service, or FlexTrunk Service. Incompatible Equipment, includes, but is not limited to: certain fax machines, dial-up modems, rotary-dial phone handsets, answering machines, and traditional Caller ID units. Atlantic Broadband reserves the right to deny support for the Service(s) and/or terminate the Service(s) if you use Incompatible Equipment. NEITHER ATLANTIC BROADBAND NOR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS OR AGENTS WARRANT THAT INCOMPATIBLE EQUIPMENT WILL ENABLE YOU TO SUCCESSFULLY INSTALL, ACCESS, OPERATE OR USE THE SERVICE(S). YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT INSTALLATION, ACCESS, OPERATION OR USE OF INCOMPATIBLE EQUIPMENT COULD CAUSE CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT TO FAIL TO OPERATE OR CAUSE DAMAGE TO CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT, YOU, YOUR PREMISES OR ATLANTIC BROADBAND EQUIPMENT. Customer-Owned Equipment. Customer will facilitate the installation of Monitoring platform software on agreed technology equipment that the Customer owns and operates, in support of Mach providing the Monitoring system coverage required for the solution.
Customer-Owned Equipment i) Purchasing Entity’s may elect to enter into a Maintenance Agreement for Equipment they already own, or Equipment they acquire through an up-front purchase.
Customer-Owned Equipment. Customer alone shall be responsible for the proper installation, operation, and maintenance of any Customer-Owned Equipment that is used in connection with the Services, and Customer shall ensure that such Customer-Owned Equipment and wiring used in connection with the Services is technically and operationally compatible with ALLO Services and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. ALLO shall have no obligation to provide, maintain, service, repair, connect, operate, or replace Customer-Owned Equipment, or provide customer support relating to any issues relating to the compatibility with the Services. Customer acknowledges and agrees that when ALLO personnel or authorized contractors must attempt or perform troubleshooting, maintenance, or repairs resulting from Customer Owned Equipment malfunctioning, Customer shall be responsible for payment of all charges.
Customer-Owned Equipment. The Contract Manufacturer will gain and hold all Customer Owned Equipment like special tools for testing, manufacturing and handling. This is applicable to all Hardware (“HW”), Software (“SW”), Firmware (“FW”) or any combination therefore.
Customer-Owned Equipment. (a) TBS reserves the right to inspect the mechanical condition of all Customer Owned Equipment to be covered under this Agreement. Customer will be notified of Equipment found to require immediate repairs. Customer, at its option, may elect to have said Equipment repaired at the then current hourly service labor rate plus parts or elect to have the unit excluded from this Agreement. (b) To qualify for coverage under this Agreement each piece of Customer Owned Equipment must have an initial consumable supply level of at least 25% (twenty five percent) of its capacity. For any Equipment falling under that level, Customer will be responsible for replacing and/or purchasing the initial consumables required to restore the device to the 25% level. (c) Service of printers under this agreement will possibly include replacement parts that may have been used and/or reconditioned. Parts that have been replaced will remain the property of TBS. If Customer Owned Equipment becomes obsolete, or unserviceable, client is responsible for replacing the device, and TBS will remove obsolete device from current agreement.

It is Customer’s sole responsibility to take appropriate precautions to protect your equipment from damage to its software, files, and data as a result of any such virus or other harmful software. XxxxXxxxx.Xxx will not be responsible for any damage to Customer equipment arising from such activities.
Customer-Owned Equipment. KUB is not responsible for the maintenance, operation, service, repair, or replacement of any equipment owned by Customer that is connected to or used in conjunction with the Services and KUB Equipment including, without limitation, televisions, computers, tablets, telephones, routers, or any other equipment you own. Customer agrees to allow KUB and its contractors to send software and application updates to your equipment and to configure your equipment when necessary to provide the Services, even if doing so changes, adds, or removes features or functionality or impacts the performance of such equipment. KUB makes no representation or warranty that any software or application installed or downloaded on Customer equipment does not contain a virus or other harmful software. It is Customer's sole responsibility to take appropriate precautions to protect your equipment from damage to its software, files, and data as a result of any such virus or other harmful software. Upon Customer's request, KUB may install or run virus check software on your equipment. KUB makes no representation or warranty that the virus check software will detect or correct any or all viruses. Customer acknowledges that you may incur additional charges for any service call related to a virus or other harmful feature detected on your equipment. Absent gross negligence or willful misconduct, KUB will not be responsible for any damage to Customer equipment arising from such activities. If Customer is not the owner of the equipment, you are responsible for obtaining any necessary approval from the owner to allow KUB to access this equipment and to perform the activities listed above.
Customer-Owned Equipment. The meter socket, the service entrance conductors and conduit from the meter socket to the service entrance disconnect, the service entrance switch or circuit breaker, and the service entrance ground equipment are the property of the Customer. Exception: MPS provides the meter socket for installations requiring current transformers.‌‌‌
