Platform Software definition

Platform Software means an Operating System or Middleware or a combination of an Operating System and Middleware.

Platform Software means any computer program required for the operation, installation, debugging, or maintenance of another program, including without limitation, operating systems, database management systems, compilers, interpreters, runtime or execution environments, development environments and the like.
