Application Updates. Updates to the Application may be issued by Al Rajhi Bank Malaysia from time to time via the Apple Store, Google Play Store or other application stores. Depending on the update, Customer may not be able to use the Application and/or Secure@24seven until Customer has downloaded the latest version of the Application, update and accepted any new Terms and Conditions;
Application Updates. Applicants shall update their applications and supporting documents and maintain current contact information on file on an annual basis. This is the responsibility of the Applicant and not the TDHE. Applicants who have not updated their applications within thirty (30) days of notification of the duty to update will be removed from the waiting list and will have to re-apply to be placed back on the waiting list. These Applicants will receive a new approval date.

Gates may, from time to time in its sole discretion, develop and provide Application updates, which may include upgrades, bug fixes, patches and other error corrections and/or new features (collectively, “Updates”). Updates may also modify or delete in their entirety certain features and functionality of the Services. You agree that Xxxxx has no obligation to provide any Updates or to continue to provide or enable any particular features or functionality of the Services. Based on your Mobile Device settings, when your Mobile Device is connected to the Internet, either: (a) an Application will automatically download and install all available Updates; or

Application Updates. Vendor will continue to make available to client the latest version and/or updates of the Lytec Practice Management application as testing on such updates is complete.
