Control of Equipment. The Subscriber shall ensure that only the Subscriber, its partners, officers, and employees have access to any and all Interrogation Devices and that no other Person may access these Interrogation Devices. The Subscriber shall not access Market Data through any means other than such Interrogation Devices.

Control of Equipment. You acknowledge that GMP will control the equipment in your home and agree that GMP may access and control your equipment during Peak Events A “Peak Event” is defined as a period of time in which GMP will make necessary changes to the equipment. Peak Events are anticipated to occur an average of 5 to 8 times per month for an average of 3 to 6 hours at a time. Customers will be sent notification of a Peak Event, via electronic method, at least 4 hours in advance.

You agree that the LCWA may accept network management traps from your transceiver, and perform exclusive network management of your transceiver including but not limited to upgrading of endpoint firmware and disabling your transceiver if the LCWA determines that operation endpoint is disruptive to the network. Similarly, if you provide a wireless relay or access point at your site, you also agree that the LCWA may exclusively manage your relay or access point.
Control of Equipment. 8.1 The Lessee must allow Volvo Finance at all reasonable times to have access to the Equipment and Volvo Finance is authorised to enter upon any premises where Volvo Finance believes the Equipment is located for the purpose of inspecting or testing the Equipment, affixing to it any identifying name, number, xxxx or plate indicating, inter alia, that the Equipment is the property of Volvo Finance, protecting Volvo Finance's rights, or exercising Volvo Finance's rights to take possession of the Equipment.

(c) DISPLAYS ACCESSIBLE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC -Notwithstanding the limitations of Paragraphs 5(a) and 5(b), subscriber may install one or more Subscriber Devices on closed portions of premises to which the general public has access if Subscriber (i) controls the premises and access to them and (ii) gives AMEX written notice of the installation. Subscriber permit individuals who are passing through or visiting the premises to operate or to view the devices on a sporadic basis, and for limited periods of time, during their temporary presence un the premises. (d) EQUIPMENT SECURITY - Subscriber understands that this Paragraph 5 requires Subscriber to carefully locate and protect Subscriber Equipment. Subscriber shall abide by any written requirements that AMEX specifies to regulate the location or connection of Subscriber Equipment or to otherwise assure compliance with this Paragraph 5. Subscriber guarantees that any person installing or maintaining Subscriber Equipment will comply with this Paragraph 5. (e) INSPECTION - At any reasonable time, Subscriber shall assure that authorized representatives of AMEX have access to the premises at which Subscriber Equipment is located, and, in the presence of Subscriber's officials, the rights to examine the equipment and to observe Subscriber's use of the equipment. 6. DATA NOT GUARANTEED - Neither AMEX, any other Authorizing SRO nor the Processor (the "disseminating parties') guarantees the timeliness, sequence, accuracy or completeness of Market Data or of other market information or messages disseminated by any disseminating party.
