Network Management. Plan shall mean a plan that integrates service delivery, capital investment, operations, maintenance, and replacement strategies to ensure that customer requirements and service delivery are met, the condition and performance of the WW Network is being maintained or improved to meet customers’ needs and that the operating capability of the WW Network is being maintained.
