Location of Equipment. The Customer shall not remove the Equipment from the location shown herein as the place of use of the equipment, without prior written approval of the Company. The Customer shall inform the Company by email upon demand of the exact location of the Equipment while it is in the Customer’s possession.
Location of Equipment. During the Term, Equipment shall be located at , unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by Owner.
Location of Equipment. The Equipment of Borrower and its Subsidiaries is not stored with a bailee, warehouseman, or similar party and is located only at, or in-transit between, the locations identified on Schedule 5.14 (as such Schedule may be updated pursuant to Section 5.14).

The term of this Lease shall be effective upon the delivery of the equipment to Lessee, shall continue for the number of months specified above (the term) following the delivery of the equipment to Lessee and may be renewed annually upon mutual agreement of both parties. All of the terms and conditions of this Lease remain in full force and effect until this Lease is terminated as provided herein. 10. RETURN: Unless this Agreement renews or you purchase the Equipment as provided in this Agreement, you shall, at the termination of this Agreement, return the Equipment at its sole cost and expense in good operating condition, ordinary wear and tear resulting from proper use excepted, to a location specified by us. 11.
Location of Equipment. The location of the Equipment is specified on the Schedule of Equipment attached hereto.
Location of Equipment. All Equipment and Inventory of such Grantor is located at the chief executive office or such other location listed in Schedule 2(a), 2(b), 2(c), 2(d) or 2(e) of the Perfection Certificate.
