Your Site definition

Your Site means any site(s) and software application(s) that you own or operate and link to the AbeBooks Site. BY CHECKING THE BOX INDICATING THAT YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS OPERATING AGREEMENT, OR BY CONTINUING TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM FOLLOWING OUR POSTING OF A CHANGE NOTICE, REVISED OPERATING AGREEMENT, OR REVISED OPERATIONAL DOCUMENTATION ON THE XXXXXXXX.XXX SITE OR THE XXXXXXXXXXXX.XXX SITE, YOU (A) AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS OPERATING AGREEMENT; (B) ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU HAVE INDEPENDENTLY EVALUATED THE DESIRABILITY OF PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM AND ARE NOT RELYING ON ANY REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE, OR STATEMENT OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS OPERATING AGREEMENT; AND (C) HEREBY REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE LAWFULLY ABLE TO ENTER INTO CONTRACTS (E.G., YOU ARE NOT A MINOR) AND THAT YOU ARE AND WILL REMAIN IN COMPLIANCE WITH THIS OPERATING AGREEMENT, INCLUDING THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS. IN ADDITION, IF THIS OPERATING AGREEMENT IS BEING AGREED TO BY A COMPANY OR OTHER LEGAL ENTITY, THEN THE PERSON AGREEING TO THIS OPERATING AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THAT COMPANY OR ENTITY HEREBY REPRESENTS AND WARRANTS THAT HE OR SHE IS AUTHORIZED AND LAWFULLY ABLE TO BIND THAT COMPANY OR ENTITY TO THIS OPERATING AGREEMENT.

Your Site means the location you provided us upon registration, and such other location or locations as we may approve from time to time.

Your Site means that part of the Site within your occupation or control or over which you enjoy use;

Examples of Your Site in a sentence

• You will not make any statement, whether on Your Site or any other of Your Site or otherwise, that reasonably would contradict anything in this Section.

• You must use a Website ID to send Safari Push Notifications to the macOS desktop of users who have opted in to receive such Notifications for Your Site through Safari on macOS.

• You are responsible for all damage to the APEX System while at Your Site.

• You agree that upon expiration or termination for any reason: (a) Dell may seek a court order to enforce Dell’s right to recover the APEX System from Your Site; and (b) Dell is entitled to recover from You the reasonable attorney fees resulting from this enforcement action.

• If requested by Dell, You will arrange for Your Site landlord to sign a landlord waiver agreement confirming Dell’s ownership of the APEX System and Dell’s right to access the APEX System in connection with the APEX Service and this Agreement.

More Definitions of Your Site

Your Site means Your website, the subject of the Web Development and Maintenance Service, as specified in the Proposal. You means the entity described in this Agreement and the Proposal. Unless the context requires otherwise:

Your Site means any site(s) and any software application(s) that you link to the xxxxxxx.xxx.

Your Site means any site that you will link to the Bonanzle Site (and which you will identify in your Program application). “Bonanzle Seller” means a merchant that is signed up for Bonanzle. Our referral fees are set and paid by Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx who sign up to have their items syndicated. Bonanzle will be responsible for transferring referral fees from Bonanzle Sellers to our Affiliates (defined below). See Section 4, below, for more details on how commission payouts are processed.

Your Site means any site(s) and software application(s) that you own or operate and link to the Bet9ja site.

Your Site means the Site set out as “Your Site” in the Schedule.

Your Site means any site that you will link to the Saniel and Xxxxx’s Bookstore Site, including but not limited to any web page or Facebook or other social media page and emails you use for marketing.

Your Site means any website(s) and any software application(s) that you link to the SSi Site.
