Inspection of Equipment. The Contractor’s equipment is inspected by an authorised Eskom employee on arrival at the site.  The following documentation is required to accompany the equipment where applicable: copies of all test certificates and maintenance records.  Lifting equipment and electrical equipment must be marked with a unique number, code or colour code for identification. If the equipment is found to be in an unsatisfactory condition or if insufficient maintenance has been carried out on the equipment then it will not be approved for use on Site. A list of all lifting equipment and electrical equipment must be submitted to the Employer at least 2 days prior to the occupation date. This list must indicate the unique number and description of the equipment.  Training requirements must comply with the Works Information and statutory requirements.

Inspection of Equipment. The Customer acknowledges that Customer’s agent (as defined in paragraph 4 above) by executing a Rental Checkout Sheet for particular equipment warrants on behalf of Customer that the equipment has been examined and tested by Customer and that the same is in good working order and condition. In the event equipment is shipped to Customer, Customer failure to notify Xxxxxxxx Camera of any defects or problems with equipment within 24 hours of receipt shall be conclusively deemed as acknowledgment that all equipment has passed customer approval and is in good working order.
Inspection of Equipment. Prior to the removal of the System, Lessor shall inspect the System to determine if the System has been damaged by Lessee. If the results of such inspection indicate that the System, or any component thereof, has been damaged Lessee shall pay to Lessor within ten (10) days of demand, as liquidated damages, the estimated cost ("Estimated Cost") of servicing or repairing the System or component thereof. The Estimated Cost shall be determined by Lessor by obtaining two quotes for such service or repair work and taking their average. Lessee shall bear the cost, if any, incurred by Lessor in obtaining such quotes.
Inspection of Equipment. All empty equipment provided for loading should be inspected prior to loading to ensure that it is in suitable condition to protect and preserve the freight during transit. This inspection, at a minimum, should include closing the doors and inspecting for any light that would indicate that the unit structure is compromised. You should promptly notify us of any rejected equipment. If an investigation reveals that defects in equipment could reasonably have been discovered prior to loading, any claim for loss or damage will be declined.

Inspection of Equipment. Boat Owner certifies that the boat and motor are in good mechanical and physical condition. Any known damage or problems will be listed on this rental agreement. Renter will inspect the Boat prior to use and leases the same without any representations by Boat Owner. If Equipment has damage or problems not listed on this agreement, Renter must notify the Boat Owner before use of the boat begins and on the first day of rental.
Inspection of Equipment. Owner(s) certify that the jet-ski(s) are in good mechanical and physical condition. Renter(s) will inspect said Equipment and leases the same without any representations by Owners(s). If equipment has damage or problems Renters(s) must report damage on the provided form. Renters(s) will be held responsible for any damage to the ski that is no reported at the time of delivery.

Inspection of Equipment. Prior to the issuance of a receipt for said equipment and assumption of custody, control and possession thereof as hereinabove provided, Carrier shall inspect said equipment or cause to have the same inspected. Such inspection shall be for the purpose of determining whether said equipment complies with any and all applicable safety and maintenance standards which may be prescribed by government law or regulation. In the event such equipment passes inspection, the transfer of control thereof from Contractor to Carrier shall thereupon be consummated. In the event such vehicle(s) does not pass inspection, defects shall first be repaired at the expense of Contractor, following which said transfer shall take place.
Inspection of Equipment. Buyer and Seller shall have the right to inspect equipment installed or furnished by the other party, and the charts and other measurement or test data of the other party, at all times during business hours; but the reading, calibration, and adjustment of such equipment and changing of charts shall be done only by the party installing and furnishing the same. Unless the parties otherwise agree, each party shall perserve all original test data, charts, and other similar records in such party's possession for a period of at least five (5) years.
Inspection of Equipment. The Department shall have no responsibility, but shall have the right, to cause a third party to perform an audit-style inspection (i.e., a spot inspection and not a comprehensive inspection), itself or through a contractor, of any Equipment of the Commissions used in the Service to ensure compliance with this Agreement and federal law. Such inspections shall be at the Department’s sole cost and expense, and shall not be done more than once each year. However, the parties agree that any such inspection shall not be construed to shift any liability for any such Equipment from Commissions to the Department, nor shall any such inspection be construed to reduce the Commissions’ duty to indemnify the Virginia Indemnitees under Article 9. The Department shall have no responsibility to maintain, service, or repair any of the Equipment of the Commissions, but all such Equipment shall at all times comply with applicable federal (including without limitation the federal Locomotive Inspection Act and the Federal Safety Appliance Acts, each as amended, and with all regulations adopted pursuant to either Act), state, and local laws, regulations and requirements.
