Construction Supervisor. The construction supervisor’s rights and obligations pursuant to the Building Regulations of Saxony (sächsische Bauordnung) apply to the Contractor. Company shall be notified of the name, address and contact details of the construction supervisor in good time and may only object to such person for good cause.

Construction Supervisor. A Concession Contractor employee designated to administer and coordinate construction projects, ensuring the quality of work and compliance with project design specifications. Consumer Price Index (CPI) – The national “Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers” published by the U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics. Depreciation – A systematic approach to match the cost of a fixed asset with the expected revenues related to that fixed asset over the expected period during which the asset will be used. Exhibit or Exhibits – Shall mean the various exhibits that are attached to this Concession Contract, each of which is hereby made a part of this Concession Contract.

Construction Supervisor. ‌ The full-time Construction Supervisor will be available throughout all construction phases of the Project to assist the Construction Manager in verifying implementation of environmental protection provisions and site-restoration activities, as specified in the Certificate. Additionally, the Construction Supervisor will verify that construction field work complies with the Certificate Holder’s construction specifications. The Construction Supervisor will be on-site daily to provide oversight for the Project and will have stop-work authority. The Construction Supervisor and the Engineering Manager will share quality assurance responsibilities.

Construction Supervisor. ULB and the Concessionaire hereby agree that C&DS, UPJN, shall be appointed as the Construction Supervisor for the Project.

Construction Supervisor. In terms of Section 16 of the Act, the Chief Executive officer of the Vendor-Partner may delegate, in writing, part or all of his powers to a suitable person on the site. The Vendor-Partner shall appoint a full-time Construction Supervisor, in writing, in terms of Regulation 8(1) of the Regulations with the duty of supervising the performance of the construction work. He may also have to appoint one or more competent employees to assist the construction supervisor where, justified by the scope and complexity of the works.

Construction Supervisor. (a) ULB and the Concessionaire hereby agree that C&DS, UPJN, shall be appointed as the Construction Supervisor for the Project. (b) The role and scope of work of C&DS, UPJN and its rights and obligations under this Agreement shall be limited to the role of Construction Supervisor for the Project. (c) The term of appointment of the Construction Supervisor shall be limited to the period commencing from the Appointed Date until 6 (six) months after the COD. (d) C&DS, UPJN shall not have any role / obligations in the Project subsequent to the period as specified in Article 5.2 (c) above and thereafter it will no longer remain a Party to the Agreement for any other matter except for any rights and obligations accruing as Construction Supervisor prior to this event and will automatically be substituted by ULB for all future purposes. (e) All fees, costs, charges and expenses payable to the Construction Supervisor in accordance with the terms of its appointment shall be borne by the ULB/GoUP. It is clarified that the Concessionaire shall not be responsible for any fees, costs, charges and expenses payable to the Construction Supervisor.

Construction Supervisor. The Village may retain an individual to oversee and 3 inspect the construction of the Development on behalf of the Village for the purpose of ensuring 4 the construction proceeds in accordance with all requirements of this Agreement. The Developer 5 shall provide the construction supervisor reasonable access to all areas of the Development Parcel 6 and the Development at any time prior to Substantial Completion. The Developer, and its 7 employees and agents, shall cooperate with the construction supervisor and provide him/her with 8 all documentation and/or information reasonably requested by him/her to permit him/her to 9 fulfill his/her responsibilities herein.
