PSEG Long Island’s assigned Project personnel will interface directly with Contractors, key regulatory agencies and stakeholders. PSEG Long Island will have responsibility for environmental compliance as well as construction oversight. All field personnel will be equipped with sufficient documentation, transportation, and communication equipment to effectively monitor Contractor compliance with the provisions of the Certificate, applicable sections of the Public Service Law, Environmental Conservation Law, the 401 Water Quality Certification and the approved EM&CP.
