Commercial Collection Services. These services will be governed by the following terms and conditions: Commercial Waste must be generated by and at the Commercial Service Unit wherein the Commercial Waste is Collected and does not include items defined herein as Exempt Waste.

Commercial Collection Services. These services shall be governed by the 1473 following terms and conditions: 1475 Materials and Organic Waste Collection Services to all Commercial Service Units in the Service 1476 Area whose Garbage and Recyclable Material and Organic Waste are properly containerized in 1477 Bins or Carts as appropriate, where the Bins and Carts are accessible as set forth in Section 1478 3.02.2. CONTRACTOR shall be compensated for the cost of Commercial Collection Services in 1479 accordance with the Service Recipient Rates as set forth in Exhibit 1, as may be adjusted 1480 under the terms of this Agreement. 1481 9.02 Dry Commercial Mixed Waste Program. (Note: may need to modify commercial Service 1488 Recipient Rate sheets) 1489 9.03 Commercial Food Waste Program. In accordance with Section 2.3 of the Waste 1490 Delivery Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall provide food waste Collection Services to 1491 Commercial Service Recipients in accordance with Service Recipient Rates as set forth in 1492 Exhibit 1 as may be adjusted under the terms of this Agreement.
