Commercial Collection Services. 16. Commercial Service Rates and Franchise Fee to be effective on July 1, 2017 Net Service Rate will be increased by point sixty-six percent (0.66%) plus the CPI Change. AB1826 Organics Waste Program Surcharge and franchise fees will be applied as follows: Net Service Rate for 7/1/2017 = Previous Net Service Rate x (1 + (0.0066 + CPI Change)) Gross Service Rate for 7/1/2017 = (Net Service Rate for 7/1/2017 + New AB1826 Organics Waste Program Surcharge) + [(Net Service Rate for 7/1/2017 + New AB1826 Organics Waste Program Surcharge) ÷ 0.867 x 0.133]
Commercial Collection Services. These services will be governed by the following terms and conditions: Commercial Waste must be generated by and at the Commercial Service Unit wherein the Commercial Waste is Collected and does not include items defined herein as Exempt Waste.

CONTRACTOR shall be compensated for the cost of Commercial Collection Services in 1479 accordance with the Service Recipient Rates as set forth in Exhibit 1, as may be adjusted 1480 under the terms of this Agreement. 1481 9.02 Dry Commercial Mixed Waste Program. In accordance with Section 2.3 of the 1482 Waste Delivery Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall provide collection and processing of dry 1483 commercial mixed waste in accordance with Service Recipient Rates as set forth in Exhibit 1, 1484 as may be adjusted under the terms of this Agreement. CONTRACTOR’S sole compensation 1485 for the Dry Commercial Mixed Waste Program shall be made by Republic Services of Sonoma 1486 County in accordance with Section 2.3 of the Waste Delivery Agreement, and Article 6 and 1487 Exhibit I, Section 5.16 of the MOA. (Note: may need to modify commercial Service 1488 Recipient Rate sheets) 1489 9.03 Commercial Food Waste Program. In accordance with Section 2.3 of the Waste 1490 Delivery Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall provide food waste Collection Services to 1491 Commercial Service Recipients in accordance with Service Recipient Rates as set forth in 1492 Exhibit 1 as may be adjusted under the terms of this Agreement.
