Processing Services means any and all services necessary or convenient for operation of the Program, including the issuance of cards or the processing of transactions or settlements in accordance with applicable Payment Network Rules and Applicable Law. Such services shall include: set-up and maintenance of cardholder accounts, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and settlement, Payment Network access, cardholder dispute resolution, Payment Network compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, customer service, collections and activity reporting.
Staffing service means any person, other than a professional employer organization, that hires its
Processing Plant means plant systems, located on or off the Leased Premises, that include a gas processing plant, natural gasoline plant, gasoline plant, or other plant where raw unprocessed natural gas is processed to remove or extract Raw Mix from the natural gas stream to produce a Pipeline- Quality Natural Gas or Residue Gas and other products, and the Raw Mix is then either (i) separated by fractionation down to its base components prior to storage and/or transport that meets or conforms to all applicable Gas Processors Association (GPA) Standards and/or Specifications for the commercial sale of each liquefiable hydrocarbon product, or (ii) transported to another plant for separation down to its base components by fractionation prior to storage and/or transport for the commercial sale of each liquefiable hydrocarbon product. Any deductions, costs, or processing fees associated with the removal or recovery of Natural Gas Liquids is strictly limited to only that part of any Processing Plant or facility where Raw Mix is recovered, and if applicable at that plant, also fractionated to their component parts.
Claims processing services means the administrative services performed in connection with the processing and adjudicating of claims relating to pharmacist services that include:
processing aid means any substance not consumed as a food ingredient by itself, intentionally used in the processing of raw materials, foods or their ingredients, to fulfil a certain technological purpose during treatment or processing and which may result in the unintentional but technically unavoidable presence of residues of the substance or its derivatives in the final product, provided that these residues do not present any health risk and do not have any technological effect on the finished product;
Detailed telecommunications billing service means an ancillary service of separately stating information pertaining to individual calls on a customer's billing statement.
Generation Service means the sale of electricity, including ancillary services such as the provision of reserves, to a Customer by a Competitive Supplier.
Testing service means a national testing service selected by the board.
Paging service means a telecommunications service that provides transmission of coded radio signals for the purpose of activating specific pagers, which may include messages or sounds.
account information service means an online service to provide consolidated information on one or more payment accounts held by the payment service user with either another payment service provider or with more than one payment service provider;
input service means any service used or intended to be used by a supplier in the course or furtherance of business;
Support Service means an activity, such as information technology, accounting, human resources, legal, and other support functions that are required to support the ongoing delivery of core services.
flight information service means a service provided for the purpose of giving advice and information useful for the safe and efficient conduct of flights;
alerting service means a service provided to notify appropriate organisations regarding aircraft in need of search and rescue aid, and assist such organisations as required;
CMU Service means the Central Moneymarkets Unit Service, operated by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority;
Processing Date means the day on which the first step of physical Processing is scheduled to occur, as identified in an Acknowledgement.
related service , means the services incidental to the supply of the Goods, such as transportation, insurance, installation, training and initial maintenance and other such obligations of the Supplier under the Contract.
Customer Service means Company’s customer service telephone service department or representatives.
Monitoring Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(b) of this Agreement.
Account Information Service Provider means a payment service provider pursuing business activities as referred to in point (8) of Annex I;

Alternate Billing Service (ABS) means a service that allows End Users to bill calls to accounts that may not be associated with the originating line. There are three types of ABS calls: calling card, collect and third number billed calls.
Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider.
Prepaid calling service means the right to access exclusively telecommunications services, which must be paid for in advance and which enables the origination of calls using an access number or authorization code, whether manually or electronically dialed, and that is sold in predetermined units or dollars of which the number declines with use in a known amount.
Information processing system means an electronic system for creating, generating, sending, receiving, storing, displaying, or processing information.
Hosted Service means a technology service hosted by or on behalf of Graylog and provided to Customer and governed by “Hosted Service Terms”
