Commencing on May 1, 2015 (the "Effective Date") and during the Term, as defined below, Employee will serve the Company and perform such executive duties for the Company as are required and consistent with the title of and bear all duties and responsibilities of CEO of the Company. Employee shall report to the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) and shall be subject to the direction of the Board.
Commencing on the first day of the forty-first (41st) Lease Year and continuing on each anniversary thereof until the end of the Primary Term, the Base Rent shall increase to an amount equal to one hundred and two percent (102%) of the Base Rent effective for the preceding Lease Year.
Commencing. May 1, 2013, EVM will reduce the advisory fee payable under the Advisory Agreement by 0.025% per annum. Thereafter, the advisory fee will be reduced an additional 0.025% per annum on May 1, 2014.
Commencing. (i) upon expiration of the Set of Agreements, in whole or in part; or
Commencing on March 1, 1998, Tenant shall be entitled to use a maximum of 39 spaces in the parking facility, of which 20 spaces shall be Unreserved Spaces, of which 4 spaces shall be Uncovered, Reserved Spaces, and of which 15 spaces shall be Covered, Reserved Spaces. Tenant's Uncovered, Reserved Spaces and Covered, Reserved Spaces shall be clearly marked for reserved use, but Landlord shall have no responsibility for policing their use by others.
Commencing. (January 1st, 2008) each Eligible Employee shall contribute for each pay period an amount equal to three percent (3%) of Applicable Wages to the Plan. The Employer shall contribute on behalf of each eligible Employee for each pay period, an amount equal to four percent (4%) of Applicable Wages to the Plan.
Commencing. October 1 December January 1 April May 1 September Commencing October and each contract year thereafter, an employee may earn one sick day for each four month period ending January May and September An employee may take his sick day in the period following the period that he earned it. If an employee elects not to use his sick days he will be paid by separate cheque for all unused sick days for which he qualified on November of each contract year. All employees shall be paid eight hours at the regular hourly rate. If an employee is absent for any reason other than the above, he will forfeit the day he would have earned during that period.
Commencing. May 22, 1996, at any annual or special meeting of shareholders of CAC called for the purpose of electing directors, or in any action with respect to the election of directors taken by written consent of shareholders, Wilcox will cause Parent to vote xxx Xxares in such a manner as to ensure that all times during the term hereof: a) the CAC Board will consist of not more than five directors; b) not less than one director will be a nominee of the Union designated by the President of the United Steelworkers of America International Union, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and c) not less than two directors will be nominees of Wilcox having no significant contxxxxxx business relationship with Wilcox or any entity controlled bx Xxxxox.
Commencing. July 1, 1995 and continuing for the remainder of the term of the Consulting Agreement, Xxxxxx shall be paid a supplemental monthly fee of $944.44 in addition to his annual fee of $60,000 (payable in monthly installments of $5,000). Payments shall be made on or about the first day of the month.
Commencing. January 1, 1996, and annually thereafter, Employee will be entitled to receive such increases in his annual base salary as may be approved by the Board of Directors of the Bank, with each such increase thereafter being included in his annual base salary for all purposes.
