CITY MANAGEMENT SUPPORT. Upon receipt of the City’s CNTP, the P3CF Contractor may begin construction. The P3CF Contractor shall coordinate work on the MBC site and the Miramar Landfill with the City Construction Manager. The P3CF Contractor shall attend job site meetings as requested by the City Construction Manager and coordinate attendance by the other team members or subcontractors, as required. Coordination responsibilities shall consist of: • Coordination with MBC and Landfill operations at the Site. • Following safety procedures. • Produce as-built drawings of any work on the MBC site and on the Miramar landfill site. • Scheduling of Work with the construction manager, MBC operation and the Landfill operations. • Coordination with the MCASM 12kV power line installation.

CITY MANAGEMENT SUPPORT. Provide management and technical support to the CITY in the execution ofthis Project and provide a continuous presence in San Diego by technical design management personnel during the design process. The CONSUL TANT shall prepare a Project Execution Plan (PXP) that is specific to the Morena Pump Station, WW Force main and Brine conveyance pipeline. The PXP must follow industry best practices and must include a detailed Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) plan. The CONSULTANT must attend meetings as requested by the CITY and coordinate the preparation of supporting materials as required. Coordination meetings and deliverables are identified in the subsequent subtasks and elsewhere throughout this scope of services. Some of the support and coordination required include: • Value engineering support • Preparation of request for clarifications and deviations • Review of Deviation/Inconsistency Reports • Public information support • Operations and maintenance review • Preparation of construction scheduling and cost trending • Participation in Bid ability/Constructability reviewsConstruction cost estimating • Permits and right-of-ways, • Operations and Maintenance manual • Bidding and contract documents • Coordinate with related ProjectsLong lead time equipment and materials, and • Environmental issues and constrains.   • STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES The Parties will identify and collaborate on measures to assist those students who may not be performing satisfactorily to succeed. The School will seek guidance from the College designee(s) in the areas of test preparation, tutoring, College Connection services, academic advising, and the development of an integrated support system for Students across the two institutions. Students will have access to the same or similar tutoring and other academic support as provided for other students in the School District, School and College. To promote academic success, the Parties will provide academic support services as may be needed. The School counselor and its designee will work to ensure Students receive pertinent information regarding higher education, financial assistance, and assistance waivers for tuition and fees. As needed, each Party will assist families as they complete initial application and admission requirements per the respective organizations’ processes. The School District will be responsible for non-academic counseling services and the College is authorized, but not required, to provide emergency counseling intervention services. See section 4 – Disability Support Services.

  • Project Management Services Contractor shall provide business analysis and project management services necessary to ensure technical projects successfully meet the objectives for which they were undertaken. Following are characteristics of this Service:

  • Program Management 1.1.01 Implement and operate an Immunization Program as a Responsible Entity

  • Security Management The Contractor shall comply with the requirements of the DOD 5200.1-M and the DD Form 254. Security of the Contractor’s electronic media shall be in accordance with the above documents. Effective Program Security shall require the Contractor to address Information Security and Operations Security enabled by the Security Classification Guides. The Contractor’s facility must be able to handle and store material up to the Classification Level as referenced in Attachment J-01, DD Form 254.

  • Property Management Borrower will provide for professional management of the Mortgaged Property by the Property Manager at all times under a property management agreement approved by Lender in writing. Borrower will not surrender, terminate, cancel, modify, renew or extend its property management agreement, or enter into any other agreement relating to the management or operation of the Mortgaged Property with Property Manager or any other Person, or consent to the assignment by the Property Manager of its interest under such property management agreement, in each case without the consent of Lender, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld.

  • Account Management 15.1 The Contractor is required to provide a dedicated Strategic Account Manager who will be the main point of contact for the Authority. The Strategic Account Manager will:  Attend quarterly, or as otherwise agreed, review meetings with the Authority, in person at the Authority’s premises or other locations as determined by the Authority  Attend regular catch-up meetings with the Authority, in person or by telephone/videoconference  Resolve any on-going operational issues which have not been resolved by the Contractor or Account Manager(s) and therefore require escalation  Ensure that the costs involved in delivering the Framework are as low as possible, whilst always meeting the required standards of service and quality.

  • Project Management Project Management Institute (PMI) certified project manager executing any or all of the following: • Development of Project Charter • Development of project plan and schedule • Coordination and scheduling of project activities across customer and functional areas • Consultation on operational and infrastructure requirements, standards and configurations • Facilitate project status meetings • Timely project status reporting • Address project issues with functional areas and management • Escalation of significant issues to customers and executive management • Manage project scope and deliverable requirements • Document changes to project scope and schedule • Facilitate and document project closeout

  • Academic Policies and Student Support Services X. Xxxx College courses offered as dual credit, regardless of where they are taught, follow the same syllabus, course outline, textbook, grading method, and other academic policies and procedures as the courses outlined in the Hill College policy manual, catalog, and student handbook.   • Classroom Management The certificated classroom teacher demonstrates in his/her performance a competent level of knowledge and skill in organizing the physical and human elements in the educational setting.
