STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES. The Parties will identify and collaborate on measures to assist those students who may not be performing satisfactorily to succeed. The School will seek guidance from the College designee(s) in the areas of test preparation, tutoring, College Connection services, academic advising, and the development of an integrated support system for Students across the two institutions. Students will have access to the same or similar tutoring and other academic support as provided for other students in the School District, School and College. To promote academic success, the Parties will provide academic support services as may be needed. The School counselor and its designee will work to ensure Students receive pertinent information regarding higher education, financial assistance, and assistance waivers for tuition and fees. As needed, each Party will assist families as they complete initial application and admission requirements per the respective organizations’ processes. The School District will be responsible for non-academic counseling services and the College is authorized, but not required, to provide emergency counseling intervention services. See section 4Disability Support Services.

The ECHS will seek guidance from the College designee(s) in the areas of test preparation, tutoring, College Connection services, academic advising, and the development of an integrated support system for ECHS Students across the two institutions. Students will have access to the same or similar tutoring and other academic support as provided for other students in the School District and College. The estimated number of annual Inbound Interactions, monthly Inbound Interactions, Average Handle Time, and quarterly Outbound Interactions, all as applicable and defined below, are also set forth on the Order Form. If these estimates exceed the actual parameters experienced in the relevant period, we shall be excused from any failure to meet any service levels for such period as outlined in the Statement of Work. The parties shall review the estimates at the end of any term and agree on updated estimates for any renewal term (including the payment of additional fees based on such updates), and update the Order Form accordingly.

STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES. It is expected that the district will monitor and support any identified online learner (special education or ELL). Should the district indicate that assistance from the program is desired for support services, data collection, goal monitoring, or ELL instruction, additional charges would apply.

STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES. St. Xxxxxxxxx of Siena Catholic School strives to meet the needs of each student as resources allow. Our school offers support through both the Student Success Team (SST) and the Guidance Counseling program. Student Success Team (SST) Students who need additional academic support may be referred to the SST program. The purpose of this support is to provide academic strategies, explanations, and practice for our students’ success in their studies. Student support will be made available to those students who have had psycho-educational testing where academic support has been recommended or students who are recommended for the program by their teacher with the parents’ approval. Resource personnel and parents communicate regularly to set goals, discuss progress, and determine continued or future needs of the students. Teachers may also offer additional help at their discretion. Parents who would like to request additional help from teachers should make this request at least one school day in advance. Accommodation of Students with Special Needs St. Xxxxxxxxx of Siena Catholic School strives to accommodate students with physical, emotional, social, or learning challenges. However, families must fully disclose the nature and known extent of such challenges at the time of registration. St. Xxxxxxxxx of Siena Catholic School has limited resources to meet certain challenges and may recommend educational alternatives that may better serve the needs of some students.

STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES. TSTC and the High School Partner(s) will adhere to Section 504 of the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA). Students in dual enrollment courses will have access to the same or comparable support services that are afforded College students on the main campus. TSTC is responsible for ensuring timely and efficient access to Student Support Services. Services such as these may require a signed student and/or parent consent form to receive services. TSTC will adhere to and comply with current College policies and procedures, and federal, state and local laws, that govern the College for individuals and/or students with disabilities that require accommodations. The High School Partner(s) agree that in classes for which college credit is awarded, accommodations will need to meet standards under the ADAAA and Section 504, subpart E, and will adhere to TSTC’s current policies and procedures for determining reasonable accommodations and grievances. Service coordination and costs of required accommodations will be afforded through a collaborative effort. Building and information technology access will be the responsibility of the owner/provider of that infrastructure, including access to web-based curriculum materials. The High School Partner(s) agree that classes in which high school credit is awarded, the ADAAA and Section 504, subpart D, accommodations will be the responsibility of the High School Partner(s). If an accommodation fundamentally alters the course, college credit will not be awarded. Students with disabilities who require accommodations will be required to self-disclose with TSTC’s Access & Learning Accommodations (ALA) Office. All dual enrollment students have access to supplemental instruction and tutoring services provided by TSTC’s Office of Student Success. Dual enrollment students also have access to the Advocacy and Resource Center, which is designed to assist students with non academic barriers, including basic needs, child care, food pantry, lending library and transportation. Students are responsible for contacting the office for services as needed. It is the responsibility of the dual enrollment students, their parents/legal guardians or sponsoring agents to provide health and accident insurance for the dual enrollment students.
