Coordination Meetings. Staff from ODOT and ODFW affected by this Agreement, will meet annually, or as otherwise deemed appropriate, to collaboratively review projects implemented under this Agreement and evaluate adaptive management measures, as appropriate.

Coordination Meetings. The Parties will establish, at the minimum of one per year, regularly-scheduled coordination meetings; as appropriate.
Coordination Meetings. Contractor shall coordinate and conduct preconstruction, construction coordination, safety, and weekly job-site progress meetings with the Trade Contractors, and shall publish and distribute meeting minutes to all attendees, District, its consultants, Architect, and all other appropriate parties. Contractor shall attend weekly progress meetings with the District, its consultants and the Architect. Contractor shall assist in the resolution of any technical construction issues, and coordinate with District and District’s consultants to address issues raised by local and state agencies, and endeavor to ensure compliance with the laws, rules , and regulations applicable to the Project.
Coordination Meetings. Two (2) or more representatives of Wyeth and Impax shall meet periodically as needed, but in no event less than once during each Calendar Quarter during the Term, to discuss strategies relating to Promoting the Product, including, without limitation, Detailing, field funding and program opportunities. Each Party shall appoint a primary contact person (which, in Impax’s case, shall be the Impax Director of Sales and, in Wyeth’s case, shall be Wyeth’s Global Business Manager for the Product) to coordinate on its behalf meetings and communications between the Parties. Each Party’s primary contact person shall involve such Party’s functional experts as required to discuss any issues that arise under this Agreement. Wyeth shall consider, in good faith, input from Impax in reaching its decisions; however, Wyeth shall have final authority and responsibility for the Product’s Promotional strategy, identification of Target Neurologists and for the content and selection of the sales and Promotional material which it shall provide Impax under the terms of this Agreement.
Coordination Meetings. The parties will hold periodic meetings at least once every six (6) months after the Effective Date to review and update the status of on-going product development activities of the parties concerning their respective Applicable Business Area and discuss additional areas for cooperation between the parties.
Coordination Meetings. The Consultant team will participate in monthly conference calls with C/CAG and Caltrans to provides updates on the status of tasks and deliverables and coordination efforts with parallel countywide projects (e.g., Reasonable Assurance Analysis, County of San Mateo Climate Change Preparedness and Adaptation Guidance Documents. On a quarterly basis and as determined necessary by C/CAG, the Consultant team will attend coordination meetings in person with C/CAG and Caltrans. Coordination Meetings. The parties agree to meet not less frequently than quarterly to discuss the product manufacturing hereunder as well as problems that arise in connection with such product manufacturing. Each party agrees to provide the other party reasonable advance notice of any issues to be addressed at such coordination meetings. Each party shall be represented at these meetings by an executive authorized to resolve disputes that may arise under this Agreement or in connection with such product manufacturing. These meetings may overlap with coordination meetings required under other Ancillary Agreements.
Coordination Meetings. The Contractor shall schedule a weekly coordination meeting at the Project site, to be attended by Owner, Architect, Contractor’s Superintendent, and Subcontractors, as may be appropriate. Coordination meetings may be scheduled at less frequent intervals if agreed upon by Owner and the Contractor. The Contractor shall record each coordination meeting and shall provide a comprehensive set of meeting minutes to be distributed and reviewed at the next coordination meeting.
Coordination Meetings.  Prepare agenda for and facilitate biweekly project progress meetings with City Project Manager, including documentation of key decisions or action items. Meetings are anticipated to only be necessary through the end of the Phase II design, with a total of 18 meetings.  Attend additional coordination meetings with other City staff, including meetings with operations to discuss specific issues such as bypass pumping requirements. An additional 8 meetings are anticipated for City‐wide coordination.
