Environmental Issues definition

Environmental Issues which means any of (A) any violation of Environmental Laws or (B) the use, spilling, leaking, emitting, injecting, escaping, abandoning, dumping, presence, storage, release, threatened release, discharge, migration of or exposure to Hazardous Substances on, in, under, from or around any Land or improvements thereon in violation of Environmental Laws or in excess of an applicable standard that would require investigation, remediation or other corrective action pursuant to Environmental Law, in each case regardless of when such Hazardous Substances were first introduced in, on or about such Land or improvements.
Environmental Issues means any negative or adverse effect on a natural resource caused by human impact(s) such as nutrients, pesticides, petroleum products, pharmaceuticals, recreation, and sediment.
Environmental Issues. As defined in Section 14.12(b)(ii).

More Definitions of Environmental Issues

Environmental Issues shall have the meaning set out in Clause 14.1.1.
Environmental Issues means the performance or remediation of the environmental conditions or issues at the Facilities described on attached Schedule 1(b).
Environmental Issues has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10(b).
Environmental Issues. A condition that is a violation of any Hazardous Waste Laws, is a Hazardous Substance which is required to be remediated by law or friable or non-friable asbestos.
Environmental Issues means in relation to the activities of the Target Group and/or the Properties each and every of the environmental issues (whether known or unknown at or before Completion) set out below and all damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including without limitation fines, penalties, settlements, judgments, awards, statutory or other legally enforceable contributions), loss of profits and consequential losses associated therewith:
Environmental Issues. As defined in Section 14.12(b)(ii). “Environmental Laws”: Any and all federal, state, municipal and local laws, statutes, ordinances, rules, regulations, guidances, policies, orders, decisions, determinations, decrees or judgments, whether statutory or common law, as amended from time to time, now or hereafter in effect, or promulgated, pertaining to pollution, the environment, natural resources, public health and safety and industrial hygiene, including the management, use, generation, manufacture, labeling, registration, production, storage, release, discharge, spilling, leaking, emitting, injecting, escaping, abandoning, dumping, disposal, handling, treatment, removal, decontamination, cleanup, transportation or regulation of or exposure to any Hazardous Substance, including the Industrial Site Recovery Act, the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, the Toxic Substances Control Act, the Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act, the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, Rodenticide Act, the Safe Drinking Water Act and the Occupational Safety and Health Act. “Event of Default”: As defined in Section 13.1. “Fair Market Rent”: With respect to the Properties or any portion thereof, the prevailing market rent (including all fixed, percentage and Additional Charges) which is generally obtained by owners or landlords of real property on an arm’s-length basis for leases of similar space (size, location and amenities) in the geographical market where the subject space is located, taking into account all of the material terms and conditions of the prospective lease, including tenant improvements and allowance, delayed or free rent, security deposits and the like, and in the case of the Property, subject to the applicable terms and conditions of this Master Lease, such Fair Market Rent to be determined by mutual agreement by the parties or in accordance with Article XXVI. “FDIC”: The Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. “Financial Statements”:
