Project Execution Plan. Without prejudice to any other provision of this Attachment 1 or the Agreement which sets out specific requirements for any of the plans or documents listed below, at NTP, Contractor shall submit to Owner for review Contractor’s project execution plan (“Project Execution Plan”), which shall address, summarize, and provide a schedule for development and finalization of the following plans:
Project Execution Plan. (i) Northwind shall develop a project execution plan (the "Project Plan") that shall be comprised of a Plant Schedule and estimated Plant testing and Start-up dates. The Project Plan, which shall be based on the Plant Scope, shall include a definition of the construction work, major milestones, Critical Path Activities, and scheduled date of completion and shall state that the Plant is scheduled to commence operation no later than the Final Completion Deadline.
Project Execution Plan. The Recipient is required to submit to the DOE Technical Project Officer a draft Project Execution Plan (PEP) within 30 calendar days of the date the Contracting Officer signs the award agreement and a final PEP within 60 days of the date the Contracting Officer signs the award agreement in the format outlined below. The elements of the Project Execution Plan should be consistent with the Management Plan, Project Schedule, and Risk Management discussions contained in the Recipient’s proposal in the application submitted in response to Funding Opportunity Announcement Number DE-FOA-0000058 and with the detailed budget submission. The intent of the Project Execution Plan is to provide the DOE with appropriate understanding and insight into the approach and methodology the Recipient will use to manage the project to successful completion. The Recipient is expected to use a set of tailored project management tools and techniques in the management of their projects. It will also provide the baseline against which the Recipient will provide status of progress on project execution. This clause is not intended to limit or restrict the Recipient’s ability to implement any management systems or controls deemed necessary for the management of the project, except as otherwise provided by law or this agreement. The PEP provided to DOE will contain the following items: • A description of the project including the end product or end result being accomplished • Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to Level 2, with dictionary • Integrated SchedulePerformance Measurement Baseline (PMB) • A Listing of Major Project Milestones tied to the WBS and PMB • The Project Responsibility Assignment Matrix for the WBS • Project Risk Management Plan The methodology and approach used to meet the various requirements listed in the PEP should be tailored appropriately in consideration of the complexity, cost, and risks of each project. Requirements must be addressed to the extent necessary and practical for managing the project. Tailoring may involve consolidation of decisions, documentation, substituting equivalent documents, or concurrency of processes. Tailoring does not imply the omission of essential elements. All of the PEP elements or an equivalent will be required for all projects, but their initial character/attributes and subsequent implementation can vary based on project size. Project Execution Plan. As a condition precedent to Owner’s obligation to pay Contractor’s first Application for Payment following the Effective Date, Contractor must submit its detailed “Project Execution Plan” for performing its Work at the Site.

Identify long-lead materials, materials procured outside of the US, etc.  The Design Team shall assist in identifying costs for particular design aspects, façade, building systems, roof system, integration with surrounding landscape, etc. S CHEMATIC DESIGN (“SD”) PHASE  The Design Team shall meet with Project Team as required and prepare SD documents.  The Design Team shall make presentations to the Project Team and make any required design changes.  Attending weekly project meetings (or as many meetings as required) including the coordination of a weekly action item list and “look ahead” with Project Team.  Attend public design review meetings and other public meetings with BBP, as required.  Collaborate with the Cost Management team to develop/check budget against client scope including the integration of any Value Engineering solutions required to maintain budget.  Schematic Design package to include: o Floor plans o Elevations and/or sketches that the show the intent of creative ideas for various spaces. o Initial intent of finishes (preliminary finish plans, notes, etc.)  Obtain written Project Team approval before proceeding to Design Development.

Project Execution Plan. Turnkey Contractor’s Project Execution Plan will be maintained throughout the term of this Agreement that provides the guidelines by which the Work will be performed and delivered. The Project Execution Plan shall contain, among other materials, an organisational chart, correspondence procedures, a Work filing system, procedures for the review of the Design Documents and project progress and verification procedures to be implemented for use by the MEP Participants.

  • Project Plan Development of Project Plan Upon the Authorized User’s request, the Contractor must develop a Project Plan. This Project Plan may include Implementation personnel, installation timeframes, escalation procedures and an acceptance plan as appropriate for the Services requested. Specific requirements of the plan will be defined in the RFQ. In response to the RFQ, the Contractor must agree to furnish all labor and supervision necessary to successfully perform Services procured from this Lot. Project Plan Document The Contractor will provide to the Authorized User, a Project Plan that may contain the following items: • Name of the Project Manager, Contact Phone Numbers and E-Mail Address; • Names of the Project Team Members, Contact Phone Numbers and E-Mail Address; • A list of Implementation milestones based on the Authorized User’s desired installation date; • A list of responsibilities of the Authorized User during system Implementation; • A list of designated Contractor Authorized Personnel; • Escalation procedures including management personnel contact numbers; • Full and complete documentation of all Implementation work; • Samples of knowledge transfer documentation; and • When applicable, a list of all materials and supplies required to complete the Implementation described in the RFQ. Materials and Supplies Required to Complete Implementation In the event that there are items required to complete an Implementation, the Contractor may request the items be added to its Contract if the items meet the scope of the Contract. Negotiation of Final Project Plan If the Authorized User chooses to require a full Project Plan, the State further reserves the right for Authorized Users to negotiate the final Project Plan with the apparent RFQ awardee. Such negotiation must not substantively change the scope of the RFQ plan, but can alter timeframes or other incidental factors of the final Project Plan. The Authorized User will provide the Contractor a minimum of five (5) business days’ notice of the final negotiation date. The Authorized User reserves the right to move to the next responsible and responsive bidder if Contractor negotiations are unsuccessful.

  • Transition Plan In the event of termination by the LHIN pursuant to this section, the LHIN and the HSP will develop a Transition Plan. The HSP agrees that it will take all actions, and provide all information, required by the LHIN to facilitate the transition of the HSP’s clients.

  • Statement of Work The Contractor shall provide the services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of work, as set forth below:

  • Implementation Schedule TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE with regard to all dates and time periods set forth and/or incorporated herein. Any material modification or deviation from an approved schedule described in this Agreement shall occur only upon approval of the City and RDA, with any such approvals required to be in writing as an amendment to this Agreement, and which approvals shall not be unreasonably withheld. City shall cooperate and act promptly with respect to any and all permits or approvals necessary for completion of the Project. Notwithstanding the above, this Agreement shall not limit the discretion of the City, or any of its duly appointed and authorized governing bodies, boards or entities, in approving or rejecting any aspect of the Project or improvements contemplated on or about the Property.

  • Fax Execution This Agreement may be executed by delivery of executed signature pages by fax and such fax execution will be effective for all purposes.

  • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.
