City and County Responsibilities. The City and County shall perform the Project described in the Grant Requests and as specified in this Agreement and in Exhibit A, subject to the terms and conditions specified in this Agreement and subject to the “funding conditions” identified by the Screening Committee as set forth in Exhibit A to Metro Council Resolution No. 13-4450. The City and County shall use the CET funds received under this Agreement only for the purposes specified in the Grant Requests and to achieve the deliverables and/or milestones set forth in Exhibit A.
City and County Responsibilities. 1. Where water system infrastructure is installed under paved roadways in the Development, at the request or requirement of CITY, COUNTY’s responsibility for repairs to infrastructure and environs due to a failure or required maintenance to COUNTY’s water infrastructure shall be limited to repair of COUNTY’s water infrastructure, stabilization and backfill of any required excavation and a concrete cap finished at the roadway subgrade level in the Development.

The preliminary Work Plan will include estimates for manpower and equipment. This Work Plan will be based on the historical maintenance workload in the CITY, discussions with CITY staff of future priority and emphasis and changes in the composition of the COUNTY work force and contract capability. COUNTY shall submit the preliminary annual Work Plan to CITY for review by August 1 of each year for the next fiscal year scheduled to begin

City and County Responsibilities. 1. The City Manager and the County Commissioner of the appropriate Precinct shall agree annually to a list of City Streets and scope of work for the routine paving and maintenance to be completed during that fiscal year. That list shall be mutually agreed upon substantially in the form of Exhibit A (“City Streets”).

The appropriate delivery method will be determined upon contract award. Timeframe for the production of material and format will depend on the requested documentation.
