City and County Power. The County will be responsible for the hook-up cost and application to secure an adequate power supply to the service pads or poles and will pay all monthly electrical service expenses necessary to operate the Signal Systems, EVP Systems, and Interconnect. The County will receive the xxxx for the necessary electrical power including connection fees and the monthly electrical power of the Signal Systems, EVP Systems, and Interconnect. The County will invoice the City for 100 percent of the luminaire energy costs and 50 percent of the signal energy costs.
