Responsibility for Repairs. If Participant -installed equipment damages SCE-owned Infrastructure, Participant will be responsible for any costs associated with making any necessary repairs. If SCE identifies an improper installation of Participant- installed equipment, Participant agrees to pay for and be responsible for making any necessary corrections in the manner requested by SCE.

Responsibility for Repairs. If Program Participant’s Customer Side of the Meter Infrastructure, Charging Equipment, or any other equipment owned by Customer or owner of the Site damages SCE-owned Infrastructure, Participant will be responsible for any costs associated with making any necessary repairs. If SCE identifies an improper installation of any of the equipment listed in the prior sentence, Program Participant agrees to pay for and be responsible for making any necessary corrections in the manner requested by SCE.

Responsibility for Repairs. Manager shall maintain and keep the Conference Center and every part thereof in good condition and repair, including but not limited to, all fixtures, facilities, equipment, floors, heating and air conditioning equipment, electrical, plumbing and sewer systems, all door windows and plate glass, walls and all portions of the Conference Center, and shall make any repairs thereto and any replacements thereof, said repairs and replacements remaining the property of EPWA. Provided, however, Manager shall not be responsible for the foundations, roof, and structural portions of the walls of the Conference Center. In the event Manager fails, refuses or neglects to commence or complete any of the obligations set forth herein to the reasonable satisfaction of City as soon as reasonably practical after written demand, City or EPWA may, but shall not be obligated to make or complete such repairs or maintenance without liability to Manager for any loss or damage that may occur to Manager’s property or to the operation of business by a reason thereof, and upon completion thereof, any amounts incurred by City or EPWA shall be paid within ten (10) days of written demand from City or EPWA to Manager. In the event Manager shall fail and refuse to perform its obligations and duties hereunder Manager shall be in default under this Agreement. Nothing herein shall relieve Manager from any obligations under the Ground Lease.
Responsibility for Repairs. Landlord will deliver the Premises with all structural, mechanical, air conditioning as set forth Schedule 12 heating, electrical and plumbing systems in good working order. Landlord hereby warrants toTenant that as of the Commencement Date the Premises shall be in good order and condition and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Landlord agrees that during the term of the lease, the Landlord will at its sole cost and expense make all necessary repairs to the exterior and to the structure of the building, (including without limitation, the roof, subfloor and load bearing walls and including periodic repaving and restriping of the parking lot and entrance drives in order to maintain them in good appearance and condition consistent with other first class office/industrial buildings in the area). Tenant shall be responsible for all other repairs including but not limited to repairs and maintenance of the heating, air conditioning, electrical and plumbing systems. Tenant's obligations shall not include any major repairs that would be considered capital improvements under Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Responsibility for Repairs. The Client is responsible for any necessary repairs to the provided devices. Excluded from this are repairs that become necessary due to malfunctions of the provided devices which occur within the first year from installation and are not the fault of the Client.
