Safety Responsibilities. Contractor will adhere to all applicable CalOSHA requirements in performing work pursuant to this Agreement. Contractor agrees that in the performance of work under this Agreement, Contractor will provide for the safety needs of its employees and will be responsible for maintaining the standards necessary to minimize health and safety hazards.

Safety Responsibilities. Teachers shall be responsible for reporting unsafe objects or conditions to the building principal as soon as reasonably possible upon learning of same and to take such action as a reasonably prudent person would take in the same or similar situations. Teachers shall not be required to work under recognized unsafe or hazardous mechanical conditions.
Safety Responsibilities. Although the Architectural Designer does not have direct safety responsibilities on the Project, it is expressly understood that the requirements of safety in conduct of the work to be performed hereunder shall be fundamental to the execution of the Architectural Designer’s work.
