Camping Trips. Employees who participate in camping trips will be paid their collective agreement classification straight time rate of pay of sixteen (16) hours per day for each day spent participating in camping trips.

Camping Trips. Employees who take children on the annual overnight trip will be paid for all hours worked including the overnight hours. Employees will be expected to work the remainder of their weekly schedule following an overnight trip unless the employee has received prior approval for scheduled time off. Agreed to by: City of Portland Date AFSCME Council 93 Date Appendix K‐1 The parties mutually agree to continue the 3‐day CNA schedule in accordance with the following terms and conditions: Work Week The regular work week shall consist of three (3) twelve and one‐half (12.5) hour shifts per week. Week day schedules include an every other weekend requirement. Work Hours The regular hours of work shall be from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. for the first shift and 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. for the second shift. These are normal hours of work; deviations from these hours must be approved by the Long‐Term Care Administrator. The employee is entitled to take three (3) 15‐minute paid breaks in addition to a 30‐minute unpaid lunch break. Break times are to be scheduled with approval of the employee’s supervisor.

Overtime for Permanent Part-Time Approved overtime rates (i.e. -time and one-half for permanent part-time employees shall only apply when they work in excess of the normal hours for their particular work location and classification. Residential staff in a facility will include at least one male and one female. Male or female staff will not be left on their own in the facility with residents of the opposite sex unless in their professional judgement they feel comfortable with the situation. When a team member is absent, the agency will first call in supply staff of the same gender as the absent staff. If no supply staff of that gender is available, the agency may call supply staff of the opposite gender. Staff Call In See Letter of Understanding Re: Staff Call-in Unscheduled Trips In the event that an employee is unexpectedly prevented from returning home while on business, the employee will be compensated four (4) hours for such absence which may be taken in pay or banked at the employees discretion.

  • Extra Trips A. Field trips (extra trips) shall be provided by rotation on a list composed of regular drivers who volunteer in descending order of classification seniority (defined in Article 39).

  • Field Trips Orange COUNTY funds may not be used to support any overnight and/or out of Central Florida travel, unless approved by the COUNTY’S Manager of the CCC or designee in advance. The AGENCY must have on file for field trip(s) that each participant, adult or minor, must have a signed release of liability form releasing the COUNTY from any liability. If the participant is a minor, the release must be signed by a parent/guardian. Central Florida is defined as Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Brevard, Lake, Polk, and Volusia Counties.

  • Contact Tracing While the employees are on the job site, Producers may require that employees participate in systems that enable contact tracing, such as use of a “punch card” system to record the employee’s location throughout the day or by means of electronic devices (e.g., phone “apps” or wearable electronic devices that track the movement or location of a person or which detect when a person wearing the device comes into close contact with another person wearing the device). Producers may require employees to sign documentation consenting to the use of such electronic devices in contact tracing. In the event that a Producer uses electronic devices for contact tracing, it may access information collected from those devices only for purposes of tracing individuals that the employee has been in contact with during working hours when there has been a COVID- 19-related event, or for purposes of managing and enforcing social distancing protocols.

  • School Meals 31) The Academy Trust shall, if requested to do so by or on behalf of any pupils at the Academy, provide school lunches for those pupils unless it would be unreasonable for it to do so. Subject to the provisions of clause 32 charges may be levied for lunches, but the Academy Trust shall otherwise fund the cost of such school lunches from its GAG.
