Break Times. 5.6.1.1.1 Full-time forty (40) hour per week employees shall be provided two (2) fifteen (15) minute breaks each workday.
Break Times. Employees shall be provided a fifteen (15) minute break for each four (4) hours worked per day. Break time must be taken at a time convenient with the supervisor. By mutual consent, the two fifteen (15) minute breaks may be taken in conjunction with a thirty (30) minute lunch for a combined total of one (1) hour. In no case shall an employee be permitted to waive his/her breaks so he/she may shorten the length of his/her normal workday. Employees who work a ten-hour workday shall be provided with an additional fifteen (15) minute break.
Break Times. Students are not permitted to use digital technology in the playground during the school day. This includes before school, recess and lunch times. • If students have a specific need to use their devices to complete school work during these times, they may do so in the library.
Break Times. All full-time employees shall be granted one (1) fifteen (15) minute break period each one-half (1/2) shift, to be taken at the work site. The break period shall be scheduled by the Employer as close as possible to the middle of each one-half (1/2) shift.
Break Times. Bargaining unit Employees within the group will take their breaks so as to ensure that the work of the group will continue uninterrupted at safe staffing levels throughout the shift. If Management had denied an Employee’s Lunch Break and/or Coffee Break, or interrupted their break requiring the employee to leave their break area, the employee will receive double time for their break period. It is the intent of the Company that Employees will receive their break periods.
Break Times a. There will be two (2) paid rest periods of fifteen (15) minutes duration each.
Break Times. All locations that currently have two (2) fifteen (15) minute breaks will be reduced to two (2) ten (10) minute breaks, unless otherwise required by law. Exceptions are straight 8’s and 4-10 hour shifts, for which breaks will remain the same. Break Times. If a student breaches the BYOD agreement, they may lose the privilege of bringing their own device to school, and the school's behaviour management plan may be invoked. Student Responsibilities When I bring my device to school I will: • follow the school's digital technology rules • use my device when and where the teacher gives me permission • only access the internet with the teacher's permission and if an adult is present • only use my own login and password • be in control of my device and not share it with other students, apart from letting them see the screen • charge my device at home so that it doesn't need charging at school • take care of my device so that it isn't damaged or stolen. I will not use my device to be mean, rude, or offensive to anyone. Parent Responsibilities I give permission for my child to bring their device to school and I will: • encourage them to use it responsibly • take an interest in how they are using the device • be aware of the content and applications on the device • be responsible for the device's maintenance and insurance • keep a record of the device's serial number and details • contact the school if I have any concerns about cybersafety or other related issues. Note: This agreement for your child will remain in force as long as he/she is enrolled at this school. If it becomes necessary to add/amend any information or rule, parents will be advised in writing.
Break Times. Total break time shall be one (1) hr twenty (20) minutes. Employees shall have a choice for either two (2) x thirty (30) minute breaks and one (1) twenty (20) minute break or four (4) x twenty (20) minute breaks; these requests will not be unreasonable denied. Rest periods may be adjusted in length, by mutual agreement between an employee and their supervisor, as long as the total rest period does not exceed one (1) hour and twenty (20) minutes. Employees remain on-call during breaks in the event of emergencies on site. Therefore, all breaks are paid the employees regular rate.
Break Times. Break time will be during the same time that students are removed from class for lunch.
