Lunch Break. 12:00—12:50 p.m. Afternoon Session: 1:00— 2:50 p.m.
Lunch Break. The District shall endeavor to schedule an unpaid duty-free lunch break of thirty (30) minutes for each employee. In the event duties are assigned during that break, the employee shall be paid for the time worked. ADDITIONAL BREAKS: Iowa law does not mandate breaks to be provided to employees. However, the district understands employees have personal needs and expects employees to communicate these needs to supervisors so that we meet the educational needs of our students and personal needs of our employees.
Lunch Break. A thirty minute period during the SCHEDULED SHIFT during which the employee remains on continual duty and is responsible for assigned duties.

Lunch Break means the 30 minute break and means the time from which an employee ceases work and the time when he/she recommences work and includes all travel time to or from a shop or depot etc. Lunch breaks will be taken at a suitable and appropriate time during the day, and will generally be taken at the work site. Definitions for the purposes of Clause 12 High Level Respite Care means care provided to clients with high needs and who require continual supervision or assistance. Clients may have advanced dementia or a disability which prevents them carrying out self- care. Home Carers could be required to perform the full range of personal care and/or provide assistance with therapies/medication and monitoring clients’ wellbeing.
