Common use of Bulletin Board Space Clause in Contracts

Bulletin Board Space. 32.01 The Employer shall provide bulletin boards to be placed in reasonably accessible locations upon which designated space shall be provided where the Union may be permitted to post notices of meetings and other such notices, which may be of interest to Employees. It is not the intention of the Union to post anything objectionable to the Employer. Content to be placed on the board shall be approved by the Employer prior to being posted. A response for a request to post a notice shall be provided by the Employer within 24 hours of receipt of the request.
