Employee Notices. The Employer must permit a notice board to be erected in the plant, or each part of the plant to facilitate communication between employees and/or their representative(s) regarding employment related matters.

Concurrent with the payroll data run each month, the Employer shall forward to the Union the name, address, work location, department, category, social security number and date of employment of any new Employee.
