The start and end dates shall be agreed to by both parties, but in general will correspond with core BART’s potential changes to train schedules. The parties can change the duration of the bid by mutual agreement. Shift schedules shall be furnished to the Union ten (10) calendar days prior to posting. Shift schedules shall be posted and distributed to each employee at least two (2) weeks before the bid is effective. The bid shall be conducted one (1) week after posting. During the first six (6) months of revenue service only, eBART management may change the bid schedule once by notifying the Union two (2) weeks in advance of implementing the change and new bid.
