Monday to Sunday. The working of ordinary hours on a weekend will be paid at the applicable penalty rate prescribed in clause 8.2.1. The nominal roster will be 76 hour fortnight to be worked on 10 consecutive days on and 4 days off days off. A nominal work cycle is provided in Appendix 3. The work cycle or nominal hours of work can be changed with reasonable notice to suit the requirements of the project.

The noise levels from repairs and maintenance works in the Boatyard during those permitted hours are to be in accordance with the EPA “Interim Guidelines for Control of Noise from Industry in Country Victoria” N3/89 and the “Control of Noise from Commerce, industry and Trade”. The Leq is assessed over any 30 minute period. Instantaneous values may be higher than the Noise Limits provided there are times during the same assessment period when the values are equivalently lower than the Noise Limits. The following activities are excluded on weekends on the basis of their associated noise creation: • Soda Blasting • Sand Blasting • Panel Beating Steel Hulls • Limited use of the straddle carrier and fork truck for repairs and maintenance purposes.
Monday to Sunday. Persons to whom this Appendix applies, who are rostered to stand-by for emergency work outside ordinary working hours shall be paid an allowance equivalent to the amount of 5.46% (five point four six percent) of the rate payable under this Agreement to an employee at Level six of the classification as described within the LGEAS. EMERGENCY WORK Persons called out on emergency work shall be entitled to payment for such work from the time of leaving home to commence that work until they return home from such work but such payment shall not be less than two (2) hours at double time.
Monday to Sunday. The Hirer is responsible for keeping clear all the fire exit doors during hire. Main Hall & Xxxxxxxxxx Room entrance doors and Xxxxxxxxxx Room rear exit doors must not be bolted during hire.
Monday to Sunday. The nature of the business operations requires full flexibility within the hours of 5.00am and 7.00pm (subject to subclause 8.2 below). Individual employees will not be required to work ordinary hours on more than 5 days each week or 10 days in a fortnight.
