Irrevocable Offer definition

Irrevocable Offer means your irrevocable offer to enter into the Supply Contract by your signing and dating of the Quotation Document;

Irrevocable Offer has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1(a).

Irrevocable Offer shall have the meaning set forth in Recital C.
