An Alternate Bid (or Alternate) is an amount stated in the Bid to be added to or deducted from the amount of the Base Bid if the corresponding change in the Work, as described in the Bidding Documents, is accepted.
If Vendor is submitting an Alternate Bid for this IFB, Vendor shall follow specific instructions for uploading Alternate Bid to its response in the Sourcing Tool.Both the principal bid and the alternate bid must be for a specific set of goods and must include specific pricing.
