BIDDING PROCEDURE. 1.1 Sealed bid, (formal and informal), subject to Instructions and General Conditions and any special conditions set forth herein, will be received in the office of the Purchasing Division, 440 So. 8th St., Lincoln, NE 68508, until the bid closing date and time indicated for furnishing Lancaster County, hereinafter referred to as “County”, the materials, supplies, equipment or services shown in the electronic bid request.
BIDDING PROCEDURE. 1.1 Bidders shall use the electronic bid system for submitting bids and must complete all required fields.

Each Bank shall, if in its sole discretion it elects to do so, irrevocably offer to make one or more Bid Loans to the Company as part of such proposed Bid Borrowing at a rate or rates of interest specified by such Bank in its sole discretion and determined by such Bank independently of each other Bank, by notifying by telephone confirmed in writing to the Agent at its Notice Office (which shall give prompt notice thereof to the Company), before 10:00 a.m., New York City time, on the date (the "Submission Deadline") that is (x) in the case of a proposed Absolute Rate Loan, the same day as the date of such proposed Bid Loan and (y) in the case of a proposed LIBOR Rate Loan, two Business Days before the date of such proposed Bid Loan. Each Bid shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit B (each a "Bid"), and shall specify in each case (i) the Loan Period, (ii) the minimum amount and maximum amount of each Bid Loan that such Bank would be willing to make as part of such proposed Bid Borrowing (which amounts may, subject to the proviso in Section 2.1, exceed such Bank's Commitment), (iii) the rate or rates of interest therefor and (iv) such Bank's lending office with respect to such Bid Loan; provided, that if the Agent in its capacity as a Bank shall, in its sole discretion, elect to make any such offer, it shall notify the Company of such offer before 8:30 a.m., New York City time, on the Submission Deadline.

BIDDING PROCEDURE. Design-Builder or its Affiliate, as the case may be, shall submit a sealed bid for Self-Performed Work pursuant to the procedures applicable to all Subcontractors in this Article 2; provided, however (a) Design-Builder shall nevertheless solicit Subcontractor bids for its proposed Self-Performed Work and (b) Design-Builder must publicly announce its, or its Affiliate’s, intent to submit a bid for such Work when it publishes those solicitation materials. Design-Builder or its Affiliate must also submit its bid for Self-Performed Work directly to Owner Parties in a sealed envelope in advance of the deadline for Subcontractors to submit their bids for that Work. Owner Parties shall manage the bidding process for Work that Design-Builder or its Affiliate proposes to Self-Perform, including the opening, review, and advice concerning award of, bids from potential Subcontractors. Design-Builder shall not participate in the analysis of such bids or recommend awarding the Subcontract for any Self-Performed Work. Design-Builder shall forward copies of all inquiries it receives for such Work from potential Subcontractors.
BIDDING PROCEDURE. Correctional Series Staff who have completed trial service may bid shifts and days off in order of seniority as defined in Section 9 of this Article. Employees who fail to successfully bid, or who do not bid, will be assigned at the discretion of Facility Management. Bids will be for posts, shifts and days off. Bidding will occur every six (6) months, becoming effective with the first Sunday of April and October. The Facility Manager shall post work schedules forty-five (45) calendar days before the rotation date. Bidding will commence in order of seniority by appointment approximately thirty (30) calendar days prior to rotation date. Staff may bid in person, by telephone, or they may submit up to three (3) bids in order of preference in writing. The new schedule will be posted no less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the rotation date. Facility Management may make specific daily assignment changes base upon operational needs and may remove or deny an employee from a bid for valid cause. The following posts are exempted from job bidding:
BIDDING PROCEDURE. The bidding procedure shall be Governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules (PPR) 2014, amended 2016. Single stage two envelope bidding procedure shall be employed as per Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended,2016). The envelopes shall be marked as “FINANCIAL PROPOSAL” & “TECHNICAL PROPOSAL” in bold and legible letters. Financial proposal of bids found technically non-responsive shall be returned un-opened to the respective bidders.

BIDDING PROCEDURE. 22.1 Whenever the Company bids or takes over the servicing of any job location, building or establishment covered by this Agreement, and where the daily work being performed amounts to eight (8) hours or more, the Company agrees to retain all permanent employees at the job location, building or establishment, including those who might be on vacation or off work because of illness, injury or authorized leaves of absence, provided that employment will be offered to those employees who satisfy the hiring and employment standards of the Company. If a customer demands that the incoming Company remove an employee from continued employment at the location, the Company shall have the right to comply with such demand and not offer that employee employment. In the event Company elects to retain said employee, the Company agrees to honor seniority for wage and benefit purposes.
BIDDING PROCEDURE. 1. Classification seniority shall apply only to the Transportation Department for bidding procedures and shall be defined as the length of employment by an employee in a particular classification as computed from the employee’s most recent date of entry into such classification.
