Transfer Date Sample Clauses

Transfer Date. The Committee on behalf of the Named Fiduciary shall establish one or more Transfer Dates in each Fiscal Year; provided, however, that such Transfer Dates shall occur no less frequently than quarter-annually.

Transfer Date. Operational requirements at the employee’s current clinic may be taken into consideration when determining the timing of the transfer. At no time will the transfer date be greater than two (2) months from the time the transfer is approved.

Transfer Date. On the Transfer Date: (a) Purchaser shall assume all Servicing responsibilities, and Seller and/or the Current Servicer shall cease all Servicing responsibilities, related to the Mortgage Loans; and (b) Seller shall assign to Purchaser all of Seller's right, title and interest in and to the Mortgage Loans with respect to the Servicing transferred.

Transfer Date. A nurse who has applied for and has been 17 granted a position shall be scheduled and transferred to this new position 18 within two (2) months from such notification of acceptance. If a nurse 19 transfers to a different department she/he will have a (3) three month 20 probationary period. If a nurse transfers to a different position within the 21 same department she/he will have a (1) month probationary period. The 22 manager will provide written performance feedback at the conclusion of 23 the probationary period. If, based upon performance, the Employer 24 determines during the transfer probationary period that the nurse should 25 not be continued in the new position, the nurse will be returned to his or 26 her former position or, if that position is no longer available, to a resource 27 position in the employee’s former department. If no such position is 28 vacant in the department, a resource nurse position shall nevertheless be 29 created for the employee. Transfer Date. The Payment Date on which the Servicer, upon receipt of written notice and direction from the Issuer, shall cause the retransfer of Mortgage Loans from the Trust Estate to the Issuer, pursuant to Section 3.15(c) of the Servicing Agreement.

Transfer Date. The closing of any sale of the PV System (the “Transfer Date”) pursuant to this Article XIII will occur as soon as practicable but no later than ninety (90) Business Days following the date of the notice provided to Contractor pursuant to Section 13.2(a) or (b).
