Transfer Date. In the event the Interim Servicer is terminated as servicer of a Mortgage Loan pursuant to the Interim Servicing Agreement, the date on which the Purchaser, or its designee, shall receive the transfer of servicing responsibilities and begin to perform the servicing of such Mortgage Loans, and the Interim Servicer shall cease all servicing responsibilities.

Transfer Date. The Committee on behalf of the Named Fiduciary shall establish one or more Transfer Dates in each Fiscal Year; provided, however, that such Transfer Dates shall occur no less frequently than quarter-annually.
Transfer Date. Operational requirements at the employee’s current clinic may be taken into consideration when determining the timing of the transfer. At no time will the transfer date be greater than two (2) months from the time the transfer is approved.

If a nurse 2 transfers to a different position within the same department she/he will have a (1) 3 month probationary period. The manager will provide written performance 4 feedback at the conclusion of the probationary period. If, based upon performance, 5 the Employer determines during the transfer probationary period that the nurse 6 should not be continued in the new position, the nurse will be returned to his or her 7 former position or, if that position is no longer available, to a resource position in the 8 nurse’s former department. If no such position is vacant in the department, a 9 resource nurse position shall be created for the nurse. A return to the nurse’s 10 original position or department will have no impact on the nurse’s seniority or 11 eligibility for future transfer requests. 12
Transfer Date. Upon the earlier of the satisfaction of the remaining conditions precedent under Section 2.3(b) below but no later than 180 days from the Effective Date (the “Transfer Deadline”), the Operator shall have all necessary rights and obligations to enter upon and occupy the System, to commence operations and maintenance of the System, to receive all revenues generated pursuant to the initial rates for customers of the System, to access the System and to commence Pre- Construction Activities, and the District shall have all necessary rights and obligations to take ownership of the Former AWT System and the Former AWT Assets.
Transfer Date. The closing of any sale of the System and System Assets (the “Transfer Date”) pursuant to this Article will occur no later than thirty (30) Business Days following the date on which Host Customer provides its Exercise Notice. With the exception of any provisions that expressly survive termination of this Agreement, System Owner’s duties and obligations under this Agreement shall terminate on the Transfer Date.
