Common use of Association Recognition Clause in Contracts

Association Recognition. The Board hereby recognizes the Association as the exclusive representative for collective bargaining with respect to wages, hours, fringe benefits, and other conditions of employment for all contracted teachers in the appropriate unit.

The Board hereby recognizes the Association as the sole and exclusive representative for collective bargaining with respect to wages, hours, fringe benefits, and other conditions of employment for all contracted teachers employees in the appropriate unit. The Board agrees not to bargain with or recognize teachers’ organizations other than the Association for the duration of this agreement.
