COLLECTIVE GAINING. A. If the Association and the Board have mutually agreed by May of the contract year to enter into a collective gaining process with the express purpose of completing a proposed contract for a contract period following the 2019-2020 school year, this Article will replace the present Article VI, Reopening of Negotiations, Section A., B., C., and D. in their entirety for the next contract year.
