Appropriate Unit. The Exclusive Representative shall represent all such employees of the district contained in the appropriate unit as defined in Article III, Section 2 of the Agreement and the P.E.L.R.A. and in certification by the Commissioner of Mediation Services, if any.
Appropriate Unit. The exclusive representative shall represent all the teachers of the District as defined in this Agreement and in said Act.

Appropriate Unit. The exclusive representative shall represent all such employees of the School District as defined in ARTICLE III, Section 2. below and PELRA and in certification by the Commissioner of the Minnesota Bureau of Mediation Services (BMS), Case No. 14PCE0943.
Appropriate Unit. Education Minnesota – OSSEO will represent all teachers in the School District as defined in this Agreement and in the PELRA.
Appropriate Unit. The Exclusive Representative shall represent all such em- ployees of the District as defined in ARTICLE III, Section 2. below and XXXXX and in certification by the Commissioner of the Bureau of Mediation Services (BMS), BMS, Case No. 08PCE1059.
Appropriate Unit. The exclusive representative shall represent all the principals and assistant principals of the district, as defined in this Agreement and in said XXXXX and in the Order of the Director.
Appropriate Unit. The Association shall represent all Principals of the District as defined in this Agreement.
