Representation Unit definition

Representation Unit shall continue to include teachers, counselors, nurses, social workers, psychologists, adjunct teachers, coordinators, dental hygienists, and any other professional employee categories included among those eligible to participate in the May 23, 1968 and May 20, 1970 collective bargaining elections.
Representation Unit means an appropriate grouping of employees entitled to select a single employee organization or representative to represent them on all matters of employer/employee relations.
Representation Unit means a unit composed of County employees organized for the purpose of employee representation, and which has been established in accordance with this Rule.

More Definitions of Representation Unit

Representation Unit means a unit of County employees, excluding extra help, seasonal or intermittent employees as defined in Section I of the Salary Ordinance, for the purpose of representation in employee relations matters and which has been found to be appropriate in accordance with Section V of this Policy.

  • Major Representation means a representation or warranty with respect to the Borrower or the Merger Sub only under any of Clause 18.2 (Status) to Clause 18.6 (Validity and admissibility in evidence) inclusive.

  • Purchaser Warranties shall have the meaning ascribed to the term in Clause 8.1;

  • Repeating Representations means each of the representations set out in Clause 18.1 (Status), to Clause 18.22 (No Material Adverse Effect) other than Clause 18.3 (Binding Obligations), Clause 18.6 (Governing law and enforcement), Clause 18.7 (Deduction of Tax), Clause 18.8 (No filing or stamp taxes), paragraphs (a) and (b) of Clause 18.10 (No misleading information) and Clause 18.13 (No proceedings pending or threatened).

  • Specified Representations means the representations and warranties of the Borrower and set forth in Sections 5.01(a) (solely as it relates to the Loan Parties), 5.01(b)(ii), 5.02 (other than 5.02(b)), 5.04, 5.12, 5.15, 5.16 (subject to the proviso to Section 4.01(a)(iv)) and 5.20 (limited to the use of proceeds of the Loans on the Closing Date).

  • Company Representations means the representations and warranties of the Company expressly and specifically set forth in Article IV of this Agreement, as qualified by the Schedules. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company Representations are solely made by the Company.

  • Fundamental Representations has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.

  • Schedule of Representations means the Schedule of Representations and Warranties attached hereto as Schedule B.
