Representation Unit means a unit composed of County employees organized for the purpose of employee representation, and which has been established in accordance with this Rule.

• Each employee in the Representation Unit hired by the County on after June 1, 2018, must make an affirmative election in order to become a member of Teamsters Local 952.

• Insurance coverages provided through the trust fund with monies contributed by the County shall be made available by the Union to all employees in the Representation Unit on an equal basis regardless of membership status.
