Supervisory Employees definition

Supervisory Employees means any of the Paragon employees specified on Exhibit F, or their respective successors.
Supervisory Employees means Eligible Employees, as defined in Section 1.3(i), who are paid on a salaried basis, including executives.
Supervisory Employees or "supervisor" means any individual having authority, in the interest of a Tribal Employer to hire, transfer, suspend, lay off, recall, promote, discharge, assign, reward, or discipline other employees, or responsibly to direct them, or to adjust their grievances, or effectively to recommend such action, if in connection with the foregoing the exercise of such authority is not of a merely routine or clerical nature, but requires the use of independent judgment.

More Definitions of Supervisory Employees

Supervisory Employees means employees classified by the Chief Human Resources Officer as having responsibility to supervise, directly or indirectly, other Board employees or agents.
Supervisory Employees means persons employed by the City who have the authority to recommend hiring, promotion, transfer, discipline, or discharge of employees, to direct and assign the work force, to adjust grievances, or to engage in evaluations of employees, regardless of the amount of time engaged in such activities.

Supervisory Employees as defined in Article II, C) of the Act 93 Compensation Plan shall receive a 1.25% salary increase effective July 1, 2020. Thereafter, said Supervisory Employees shall not receive any increase in base salary for the period January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021. Effective January 1, 2022 the Supervisory Employees shall be eligible to receive an increase in salary based upon the performance evaluation provided for in Section V of the Compensation Plan, and shall also receive a cost of living (COL) increase as provided in Article VI of the Compensation Plan.
