Such consideration shall be made in accordance with the provision of Section 808 of the Ventura County Personnel Rules and Regulations. Sec. 2309 TRANSFER WITHIN DEPARTMENT/AGENCY: An employee desiring transfer to another position within the same department may request consideration for transfer by memo to the designated department personnel officer. Sec. 2310 DURATION OF TRANSFER REQUEST: A transfer request shall not be honored for more than one year. State shall provide approval or disapproval of any Transfer request within thirty (30) days following receipt of written notice of Lessee’s proposed Transfer. If State fails to respond within such thirty (30) day period, State shall be deemed to have approved Lessee’s request.
