APPROVAL OF TRANSFER. From the date hereof until the Closing Date, the Buyer agrees to use its best efforts, including the filing and submission of all necessary and appropriate applications and documents, to obtain the approvals and consents of all applicable governmental and regulatory authorities and other third parties required or necessary in order to transfer the Business, the Licenses, the Assumed Contracts and the Purchased Assets to the Buyer.

Such consideration shall be made in accordance with the provision of Section 808 of the Ventura County Personnel Rules and Regulations. Sec. 2309 TRANSFER WITHIN DEPARTMENT/AGENCY: An employee desiring transfer to another position within the same department may request consideration for transfer by memo to the designated department personnel officer. Sec. 2310 DURATION OF TRANSFER REQUEST: A transfer request shall not be honored for more than one year.
